“Power tool world sent me a previously opened damaged pressure jet washer. Then told me that they do not send out previously owed equipment. After returning the unit to them over a week ago I now have no pressure washer or refund. The photos show how the washer was delivered.”

“Hi there, I must admit that I am very impressed with the service I received from Power Tool World, particularly when I realised that DHL were the preferred courier service provider. Having worked for them as a long distance courier, l know how efficient they are. From ordering through to delivery there weren't any issues.
