“I purchased the Milwaukee Insider pass through 12v ratchet and what a fantastic versatile piece of kit it is too. “First time I have used power tool world and generally ok although I had trouble setting an account up as the postcode and other details kept self deleting before completing. The delivery option had some misleading information and I couldn't get through when I called to enquire. They did respond pretty quickly to my text message though so all in all ok and I would use again.”
