“I tried to contact the PowerTool World 3 times as I needed help with registration of the hedge trimmer. Every time I waited for a long time and then disconnected. It seems to me that if you have a problem that they can help you are really in trouble.”

“I have made a purchase on 29 Jully with next day delivery, the order was sent with DHL. DHL have failed to make delivery. Have failed to leave it with designated collection point. So purchase that was crucial for our works with quick delivery - never materialized. DHL communication was at best informative and after failing to deliver to collection point the tracking was impossible. 2 weeks later we have received a refund but this wont cover the inconvenience caused. If this company have the intention to really create a name for themselves they need to understand that the sale doesn't finish with sending the shipment, but with the customer getting their goods in good condition, in time.”
