“Shocking service. Do not purchase from this company you will have a big problem trying to get any refund for any items sent back. They was late with delivery so i had to send the item back. (Un opened) and Iv been waiting weeks for my refund with no reply just silence. Never shopping here again!”

“I ordered a polisher from Power Tool World and, unfortunately, the delivery process has been very frustrating. What I wasn't told at the time of ordering was that the DPD delivery would require a PIN number. The item was sent to my home address while I was at work, so the delivery was missed. DPD would not allow me to collect the parcel from their depot, there was no option to arrange a Saturday delivery, and I was unable to make alternative arrangements that suited my schedule. Two weeks later, I am still waiting for the machine to be re-delivered to my work address. While the issue may partly lie with the courier process, the lack of flexibility and the length of time taken to resolve the situation has been disappointing. Customer communication regarding the PIN requirement and the available delivery options could certainly be improved to prevent other customers experiencing the same difficulties.”

“Great service - delivery was fast and was kept informed of progress. Very pleased with the tool - only let down was that an allen key is not a disc replacement tool for an angle grinder - but I don't think that was Power Tool World's mistake!”
