Dpd delivery failed to deliver item and returned it to you, not your fault though, maybe use different delivery service. Overall website was easy to navigate, though

Product was good, delivery not as quick as I’m use to , but was mainly due to Dpd as there was road works going on close to my home and they said they called but they didn’t . Called customer service & they were excellent and things were soon sorted

The Fein MM 700Multimaster is very loud. Wear ear plugs! The instructions presume you have a high level of problem solving, yet that you cannot read. So, you have to tolerate meaningless images of a method and the considerable doubt caused you by the absence of any text. Unfortunately this deficit includes vital info about how you might avoid injury when trying to change Starlock accessories ("blades"). I was still uncomfortable doing this even after hours of using the tool. There is little to guide you to an appropriate accessory, an oscillation speed, or what to do if the result is poor. I fear it will be many months before I am confident in my work with this machine.

Sadly this product is now made in China, please be be more open to list where products are manufactured.

Would give more stars but delivery company let them down resulting in losing 2 days off work. Overall very helpful ,easy to use site and imagine would be very quick delivery normally.

Description of item (strimmer) was inaccurate. It turned out to be an inferior model, not as described.

Power Tool World were excellent in terms of competitive price and quick action but their courier was rubbish and it took three missed dates to arrive.

Pole Hedgecutter .Easy to use and of reasonable weight. But struggles against moderately dense hedges like holly and laurels. It needs more power. Also the battery only lasts approx 45mins even when not worked hard

Good first impressions, base plate may be a issue but more likely my van storage. 1" cut only! but that why I bought it. Small light and very handy. 25mm mdf, 3/4" ply, easy peesy (new blade full battery). No fence! An old 18v jigsaw fence working fine. Time will tell

Order this drill body only, arrived in good time, don’t think it is the real deal Makita? As it has now got a problem with the Chuck which to me shouldn’t happen this early on into its small amount of time I’ve had to use it, I rang the office yesterday 28th June 2021 to talk about this and had to leave two messages, no reply so very disappointed I’ve got two old approx 20 years old 18 v Makita drill drivers that are still tip top so you pay for what you get I’m afraid and it doesn’t look like anything will be done about this any time soon?

Website OK but the redemption process for Bosch gifts is very cumbersome and clunky and not at all consumer friendly. You don’t get an acknowledgement of the gift or an6 idea of when it’s going to arrive. This is not acceptable in this day and age !
