I your feel you policy's imposed on the delivery company made it difficult for the item to be delivered.
No leave in porch, not able to leave parcel at one of their delivery points. They had to try to deliver the item 3 times . the third time they did deliver after I left a virtual begging note on my door. Other wise the item would have been sent back to yourselves and you loosing your sale and me wondering if I would get my cash back.
