“I was the customer, but listed my son as the recipient because I was not there. In the end, I received an invoice in my son's name, although I made the payment. My requests to make changes to the invoice were refused.”

Because the order was placed with your son listed as the recipient, our system automatically generated the invoice under the same name. For security and compliance reasons, we are required to issue invoices exactly as the information is provided at checkout, and we’re not able to modify the billing name after an order has been completed. We understand this wasn’t the experience you hoped for, and we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. “Used before and been 1st class , this purchase is paid extra for 24hr delivery. It took 4 working days after order day . May well have been DHL at fault but un able to get any replies that weren't automated”
