“I managed to order the same item twice when there was a glitch on my IPAD signal. The customer service were very helpful, managed to stop delivery of one mower even though it was out for delivery and also got a refund quickly too. Very helpful and efficient service. Thank you.”

“Placed an order late Saturday evening and the items were delivered lunchtime on Monday. I don't think you will do better than that - kudos to DCD who provided the excellent courier service. I haven't seen cheaper that Power Tool World and the excellent communications from PTW and DPD place them well in front of the competition. I know where my future power tools will be sourced from. High recommended - buy with confidence.”

“The product was good and as what I ordered, but the delivery options was poor, as I’m a tradesman I’m not at home and a delivery option dose not include a drop box, this coursed a big issue with delivery and cost me time and money waiting for my order, if this is not improved then other sites are available, shame as they provide a good service”

“Relatively cheap prices and prompt delivery. Products I've bought seem original and work well but are quite basically packaged. I assume and hope that they are broken up kits.”

“I placed an order late Saturday evening and the goods were delivered lunchtime Monday. The goods were well packaged and communications from both Powertool World and DPD (the couriers) was first rate. The pricing is highly competitive - the cheapest by far. Powertool World will be my preferred supplier for future purchases as I rate them at the very top of a competitive sector. Highly recommended - no make that very highly recommended. Do they sleep at Powertool World?”
