Waiting a month for 2 out of our 3 drills to arrive. Blaming DPD without putting the customer first. Goods 'arrived' next day after ordering but I am still waiting a month for the remainder.... not the way you do business by blaming the courier and not rectifying the issue in the mean time.... Will never ever order from these guys again

I am sorry for the delay in getting this resolved for you but as discussed due to the nature of the damage the tool has been returned to the manufacturer for inspection. 2 out of 3 items delivered 2 days late. 5 days later and no reply to email enquiry thru PayPal as to when I could expect the missing item 2 delivered items are unusable without the missing item seriously considering sending everything back, won't be using them again.

Hi, thank you for your review. We are very sorry to have let you down on this occasion but as discussed we ran out of stock before we could process your replacement impact driver. As we had no due date on stock replenishment our only option was to refund your order. OK This is from the horses mouth, regarding Power Tools claim (order by 3 delivered next day), this is misleading what it should say is--- if postage is paid you get it the next day, if you don't pay postage you wont get it next day that's how the e/mail read from Ian Fenwick Manager. I put an order for £102 worth of goods on Sunday before midday feeling sure it would be dealt with by 3pm on Monday and having it delivered on Tuesday, not so because it was free delivery it was put back till Tuesday it arrived after 3pm Wednesday. So if you need it in a hurry pay, or as I will do next time buy from an honest supplier.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you have been left disappointed by our delivery timescales. To clarify, if an order is placed on a next say service with carriage paid by the customer then naturally these orders are processed first. Those orders that are placed using the free 1-3 day delivery service (as in this instance) will always be delivered in the advised 1-3 day window, and will be processed as soon as the paid delivery orders are completed by our warehouse despatch team. This is the same procedure followed by most online retailers - express services will always be processed before those on free delivery services. Our terms and conditions do make this point clear and we are also happy to offer an explanation of this with a quick call to our customer service team. No estoy conforme .he realizado una compra y para hacer la devolución debo enviar el producto a powertool a cuenta mía y me comentan que podrían rechazar la devolución entonces pagar el envió otra ves y aparte me cobran los costes de manipulación osea que te tienes que quedar si o si con la compra realizada mi pedido fue realizado a España .......

The Walt multi tool posted to me was a used item. The item was not in its original package but in a white box with the accessories in a polythene bag tide up in a knot. The multi tool had dust wood chips residue around where the blades are fitted. The blades were used and dirty and greased. I reported the condition of the product to the seller only to be told that the product is new. What a Joke!!!! I am unlikely to purchase any more products from this seller. Paid for next day delivery before 10 am Finally arrived the following day around 4pm. I rang the 1st day about 12 and was told it hadn’t even been sent out even tho I ordered it in time. The next day I rang again to see were this item was and was told it was an error on the internet and I should have paid £20 for a delivery before 10am Not £2.95. As a way of apology he offered to refund the £2.95 😂 (which still hasn’t been done, but honestly I’m to busy during the working day to ring and ask for this) Due to the poor service cost me time and money 😔

Poor. Ordered Dewalt Jig saw 240v but what i received was 115v which couldnt be used. After the hassle of returning the wrong jigsaw, i knew no more until i saw my account had been refunded the value of jig saw but no communication from company. Thing is i would have taken a different jig saw if it had been offered as an alternative?! Now i have packs of jigsaw blades i dont have any use for...

Ive really fallen out with the team behind the website after Ive been having issues with a nail gun. I sent an email to enquire about my options as the nail gun wasnt working properly (my older hitachi worked fine). And i found myself being fobbed off and to 'Contact Hitachi if you have any problems, its not our issue mate' was the general concensus. Ive really tried to be fair with the team, genuinely. But ive never had a such a stubborn and arrogant reply to an enquiry. After coming back from a stint in Australia, ive been tooling up with essentials before i purchase the major bits, Chop saw, circular, etc. After i purchased the nail gun, the unit was delivered within 24 hours- I was so impressed i immediately bought an SDS drill and impact driver. And was about to buy some more stuff', but before i could spend some big money i had an issue with the nail gun and enquired to the website. Intitially, i thought all my prayers were answered. But ive been really really wrong, and i dont trust power tool world as a business. I assumed these guys understood about how important it was that tradesmen rely on good working tools. But they dont. In the last 7 days, the nail gun has fired 9 nails. My 3 year old hitachi still works fine, with the same gas. But the new one doesnt- Not even when warmed up. Ive defrosted the gun and gas, even dropping the gas into hot water for ten minutes. That got me 7 nails on a set of joists. The money i lost in down time, was ridiculous, but i thought nothing of it and proceeded to email the team, But i was fobbed off. And its a shame, because rather than the guys troubleshoot the fault, theyve just told me they arent interested. And thats upset me. Ive never EVER had anyone tell me, that a power tool fault 'Is my problem so take it up with the manufacturer'.. What the hell guys?

Please do not use Power Tool World. I placed an order with several items one of the items did not arrive. However Power Tool World are washing their hands totally. Their stance is: it was packed and the Courier delivered the package undamaged therefore its not our problem. Poor Customer Service in my opinion.

Ordered a relatively expensive item before Christmas - with next day delivery. Didn't received the item and delivery company used by Powertool World (DPD) said on day-3, that they'd lost the item. Went back to Powertool World, told I'd have to wait for them to fill in a claim form the following week, and then wait for that process to complete, before either receiving the item or getting my money back! It's now week 3, still being subject to 'administrative process I'm afraid' conversation regards getting this issue rolves - absolutely terrible experience and wont make the mistake of purchasing another item from Powertool World - absolutely no regard for customer rights.
