Customer service is a joke . I had an item missing from an order and it is everyone’s fault except for power tool world. They have blamed the courier and myself saying everything was delivered and they would check video of the machine packing the order, however they won’t send me a copy !!

No invoice sent out with order, eventually got in contact to inform that order was incomplete. Was told, they will get back to me. Two weeks later - still nothing, lost about £25. Avoid this company.

I didn't recive it in time and I had to buy another from a different shop. After I asked for my money back and I still didn't receive it after one week. This is very low quality

The two item I had delivered from you would have been better wrapped in newspaper, both ends were open, and if it had not been for the dedication and care of the delivery people, items would have been lost. You have had two item in your sale I would have bought, but after the last delivery I'm afraid no more. The big thing its, I've been a customer of yours for some time and been well satisfied and have recommended, I'm sorry I can't do the same again in the future.

Hikoki nail gun! Fired three nails and no more. Power tool World not interested in a return and passed me off to warranty claims. The gun was " repaired" and on return would not fire at all. Nio support from Hikoki and certainly no interest from Powertool World. Terrible product, terrible customer service!

THE BLADE WAS MISSING ON THE MULTI TOOL AND THEY COULD NOT PROVIDE ONE WANTED TO REFUND ME IN LOYALTY POINTS. TERRIBLE COMPANY

Ordered a laser for a job. Had to stay in for the delivery. Numerous advice from dpd that item was arriving around 1pm followed by a text that said they couldnt deliver because i was not in with a picture of somebody elses house. No way to contact these people . Wasted my day. They have no drop off and collect facility. Cancelled order and reordered from Amazon. Suggest you do the same. Meanwhile 13 days have passed and i still havent received a credit.. worst service i have experienced on line.

I initially purchased a bare Panasonic drill and after repeated attempts to get it delivered I asked for it to be returned to sender, I phoned and was told it is not now company policy to leave it in a safe place, and that it would be returned and I would be refunded, to date nothing has happened and I still don't have a drill, I won't order anything until I get a refund or a reply to my email from a few days ago

The product was anything but high quality... the battery slides back and forth and there's way to much play in it when mounted on the drill. Customer Services representative offered to have the item collected to be checked but i find that option unacceptable... you should've checked it before selling it!! All in all I won't be using your services ever again!

Order in by 11am and paid extra for next day delivery. 8pm and still no delivery. Shut at 5 so can't speak to anyone. It's Friday so can't speak to anyone until Monday. Lot of good for me working wknd when I need the tools. Cheaper but useless.

Part of my order went missing or was stolen from the box. They have refused to refund me as the packaging was not obviously damaged and I signed for the delivery. This has left me over £100 out of pocket and without the tool I needed in the first place.

We do sincerely empathise with you on this matter, however our CCTV footage shows the goods being packaged securely through our automated packing line together with the weight check indicating your parcel was complete upon despatch. Received a Makita router with a damaged case clip, reported straight away. Advised a new case clip would be sent. Still nothing received. Should have sent it back.

Your site was so poor that I was not aware I had ordered the item. I complained by email but it arrived anyway. You can arrange to have the item sent back if you wish, but I can't be bothered dealing with you anymore. I will avoid all dealings with you in the future.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We are always looking to improve our website wherever we can but we feel that the purchase mechanism is as simple and effective as it can be. On looking into this we can see that you placed your order at 10.27pm on Friday night and our system shows that all the usual notifications were sent to the registered email address, including notification from Paypal. Your order was picked and packed on Monday morning and out for despatch with DPD. We can see that DPD attempted delivery 3 times before you collected your parcel from their local depot. We have tried contacting you accordingly to discuss this further and to reassure you of our best intentions but have been unable to reach you. Thank you for your order.
