“Bought the Bosch cordless City mower for a small garden lawn. Read the information on power tool world website, concise & reviews were good. Service & delivery seamless & price competitive.”

“I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Ordered a nail gun and 2 batteries. Two days later, a radio arrived! I've sent that back and twelve days later I still don't have nail gun, batteries or a refund. Spent 30 minutes on phone to be cut off and told to go online! Have sent about 10 emails and still not sorted. Not a happy customer at all with no products and £406 down.”
