“Excellent service, items arrived 3 days after ordering Via DPD (i have most of my DPD deliveries diverted to my local post office). Purchased a number of Makita cxt batteries and a Jigsaw body which price wise compared better than the usual common outlets. Purchasing online is always a worry but throughly recommend this company.”

“I was very pleased with the price of the Makita tools I ordered. The only complaint I had was they should have arrived next day delivery and didn't. This wasted me a day It would have been better if the courier had kept me updated, but they only sent a message saying they would be delivered that day. In monetary terms I would have been better paying a little more from somewhere else and getting them delivered when they should have. They eventually turned up late afternoon the following day so I waited two days for their arrival.”

“Unfortunately after ~7-10day wait for an order & contacting the team several times to try to find out the reason for the delay. I received a reply to the last enquiry stating teh order has been cancelled due to stock misalignment issues. The team were very courteous in response to the enquiries, however, I have to score this as poor service as the site highlights next day delivery & at no point did anyone contact me to say there was going to be a delay to the order or after over a week they were going to cancel the order. I had to enquire first ! I've had to place the the order with an alternative supplier which is going to arrive next day! Neil”
