This company are fast and efficient with your order so for me they deserve 5 stars however returning items is the downfall I had a faulty Makita battery and wanted it repaired or swapped out but the only option they gave me was to contact Makita and return it to them which now involves a lot of messing about So for me. 3 star rating is a true reflection

My purchase was easy and delivered quickly. Unfortunately I had to return my purchase due to a fault. My initial contact with customer service was very fast and seemingly professional but unfortunately that didn't last long. At some point they dropped the ball and failed to reply to my two follow up emails to find out what was happening with my refund. I waited a full seven working days and ended up ringing and speaking with them directly. The young lady who dealt with me on the phone was very helpful and extremely apologetic after seeing no one had got back to me. My refund was processed within 24 hours of the call, which was fine.

Fast delivery service but when makita drill driver turned up the chuck slipped on first day of use so slightly disappointing

The power drill is okay but I only bought it so I could use the batteries from my existing Malika drill only to find they didn’t fit, so I’ve separately had to buy new batteries and a charger - very frustrating

The makita strimmer was a good price but the box was heavily damaged on arrival. It had clearly been opened for some reason. Luckily all the parts were there and the strimmer seems to be working well so far. It was pure luck that some of the smaller parts hadn’t fallen out of the box during transit. If this had been a present for somebody else, the condition of the packaging would have been unacceptable.

The purchase was smooth, and delivery was great. Unfortunately for me I didn’t see that there was a 110 and a 240v option and so was accidentally purchased the wrong one. That’s when you enter no man’s land, I’ve never seen a returns system like it. No set up returns, no preferred partner, you are simply on yer own. Find your own courier, pay a punter rate as they haven’t organised a preferred courier or arranged that on your behalf, track yer own return, hope they are in when the courier attempts delivery (mine bounced at first attempt at 16:49). Mine didn’t come in an outer box so you need to affix the refund details over the other label and somehow add the courier label under strict instructions not to stick additional elements to the box as if they feel it unfit for resale you won’t get your refund. Additionally many couriers won’t let you send a shirt or bladed item as per their terms, what did I buy? A concrete cutter… so you have to convince them it’s a purchase return and you aren’t arming a crazed lunatic. The customer service was good, they stayed connected throughout. Am I happy with my item now I have the replacement? Yes. Would I buy again? Not until they had a proper returns system. I don’t mind paying for returns, it was my mistake, but they should have returns partners, there should be a single cost for them, there should be a clear system for dropping and they should want to know and track that the return I logged is with their courier.

Tried 3 times to set up an account - eventually gave up and checked out as a guest, but you have to be careful if you want the items sent to a different address to the invoice. They are easily mixed up at checkout. Then everything went fine. Still can't set up an account....?

Items are sent out in non manufacturer packaging, which is fine if you are made aware of this at time of purchase, but you are not. Customer service offered me the opportunity for a refund but the cost to return goods would be down to me plus a potential 30% handling levy so I decided to keep it. Overall the item is fine just be aware if you are purchasing as a gift for example

Tool adverts for bosch doesn't state type of batteries required. Blue or green as not interchangeable. Price and service good.

I ordered a Dewalt tstak box with wheels, the one I received didn’t have the internal trays and it had stickers showing an image of a nail gun which leads me to believe it’s a box from a set that for some reason was sent on it’s own empty. I did email but haven’t received a reply, however the box was cheaper than retail price and overall I’m happy with it so it’s acceptable but I don’t think I’d buy anything else.

They offer free next day delivery for orders over £50 but charge £5.95 for items under £50 but takes 3 days to deliver, if I'm paying That price for delivery I can't see why it can't be next day.
