“The online ordering process was simple. The tools arrived in perfect condition 2 days later, carried by DHL who are very efficient in our experience. The price of the tools was as good as we could find. In short- EXCELLENT SERVICE. We would order from these people again.”

“I ordered with power tool world because they had the best price for the item and delivery to Northern Ireland and had good reviews for service. I ordered it with 2 day delivery. It wasn't delivered for 13 days. I contacted them 3 times through their online message system and received only automated replies. After 10 days I tried contacting them on Facebook tell separate times and only then did I get a reply but both times only to say they would like into it but got nothing further. I then got an email from DHL to say the collection had been arranged. The service was horrendous and I found it very disrespectful they didn't even reply to me. The only reason they got 2 stars was the price.”

“I’ve ordered from Power Tool World several times now and overall I’m really happy with the service. Delivery is usually quick, and the Makita products are spot on—can’t fault them at all. However, on two occasions I’ve had to contact customer service due to missing items. To be fair, the team sorted it out immediately both times, which I appreciate, but it’s a bit disappointing to have to chase things up. A little more care when packing orders would go a long way. Still, I’ll continue to use them as they’ve been great otherwise.”

“Misleading by listing items in stock to sell with next day delivery only to be delivered 10 days later. Contacting customer service was a waste of time as they didn't care at all. Buy from other website if you need your tools urgently.”
