“I decided to change from makita and ungraded to Milwaukee love the fact there’s a massive range of all there tools only one point put me off the fact a lot of there range doesn’t come with a carry case to keep the equipment in good order in my van”

“awful. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and paid for next day delivery. Still haven’t received my item and emails have been ignored. Reached out on facebook and got a generic response. No idea what to do as i’m without my order and almost £100 down, having to contact my bank to try and get my money back”

Hello Sherrydon. Having reviewed your order we can see from the date your order was purchased to the date the refund was issues it was 10 working days, we were advised that the order had not turned up on the 5th working day and our auto response advised an agent would be in touch in the next 24-48 hrs. We reached out to you within that time frame. The issue was resolved and we were ready to action the refund by the next day but due to the raising of a charge back we were unable to issue the refund for a further 2days. Once we got the go ahead the refund was issued immediately. We can understand you being disappointed that you expectation were not met. “Lightweight & fairly easy to use even for an old arthritic fumble fingers. Once you get it set up at right height & angles it's a joy to use Best I've ever had. Only wish the range of disk blades to fit was wide.”
