We apologise for the concerns you raised about the cake being a rip off due to the size. On reviewing our cake product page I can see the very first bit of information we provide is the size of the cake so we've been transparent about this before you've purchase. To avoid disappointment next time read the product description prior to ordering as we always try to provide sizes where necessary, or alternatively reach out to us on phone or our support email before ordering and we can help you with any additional questions you might have.

“The items I bought for my daughter’s dog were really excellent quality and she really loves them. She also really loved the pigs in blankets dog treats too - the dog not my daughter! They arrived well packaged in a lovely box. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and I will be buying from them again.”

“Sadly, so disappointing. Ordered these cupcakes on the Friday 9th Dec for Ralph’s 1st Birthday on 14 th Dec but a no show even though we paid for 48 hr delivery. Finally turned up on 17 th, no good then.Went in the bin.Waste of money.”

Hi Helen, thanks for your feedback, we did make it very clear on the website and in your first order email that there may be delays with parcels arriving due to Royal Mail strikes, so it is a bit unfair to leave us a 1 star review based on this when we've tried our best to make it clear there may be delays due to strikes.

The boxes contain a great mix of high-quality treats and toys, and I feel confident that what I am giving her is fun, healthy, and safe! The team at Postman Pooch are amazing as well, easy to work with and very personable.
