“Sadly, so disappointing. Ordered these cupcakes on the Friday 9th Dec for Ralph’s 1st Birthday on 14 th Dec but a no show even though we paid for 48 hr delivery. Finally turned up on 17 th, no good then.Went in the bin.Waste of money.”

Hi Helen, thanks for your feedback, we did make it very clear on the website and in your first order email that there may be delays with parcels arriving due to Royal Mail strikes, so it is a bit unfair to leave us a 1 star review based on this when we've tried our best to make it clear there may be delays due to strikes.

“Our girl Rosie absolutely loves her surprises from Postman Pooch! The boxes contain a great mix of high-quality treats and toys, and I feel confident that what I am giving her is fun, healthy, and safe! The team at Postman Pooch are amazing as well, easy to work with and very personable. I highly recommend using Postman Pooch, both as a one-off for a special day as well as the monthly subscription.”

“Wonderful company , I have been buying these boxes for my two dogs now for a few months and both of my dogs absolutely love them . I have a 2 year old staffy and a 12 year old springer and there is such a variety of toys & treats in the boxes that they cater for all ages .”

“Second time I have used Postman Pooch and they are brilliant. Previously I would get cakes, toys, etc from various places but now I can get everything in one place. Excellent value for money too. Sarah at the customer service team is a credit to the business, anything out of stock or any issues she is straight on the case to rectify it. Fantastic company and most importantly two happy border collies here.”

“Postman Pooch was fabulous and I sent my two orders from Mexico to be delivered in London and Scotland. I was kept well updated and the dogs who received the gifts told me they were first class quality! I will be coming back next year to send more gifts. Highly recommend.”
