“I've nothing but brilliant service from Postman Pooch, from the cakes to the Goodie boxes they've been great value. I send these to my "God-dogs" in the UK (I'm in Australia) I love to spoil them on their Birthdays and Christmas. This is a brilliant site. I love being able to access it!”

“I ordered my products on 4/12/25. They stated a 4 day delivery. It's now 18/12 and my order has not arrived. I've written to the company twice and have had no reply. However, they've had the nerve to write to me suggesting that I place another order! I will never order anything from this company again. I can't comment on the quality of the products as they haven't arrived.”

“Absolutely loved all the items I brought as Christmas presents for my daughters two dogs. Communication about the delays in sending the parcel could have been a bit better but I appreciate that this is difficult for a small business at this time of year. It won't put me off buying from them again.”

“I was totally dissapointed with both the shocking delivery and the contents shortage of my order as fully described to you in my e-mail, with photographs, sent to your support e-mail address on Saturday 6th December. “My jack Russell recognised the box, took it from the first cupboard - which was my mistake because a ground level cupboard was a rookie error. I took the box and put it on top of my drier which is on the washer, he sat on one of the kitchen chairs and stared at it, so I had to put it in the cupboard over the fridge that I need steps to get into. He cried for about an hour - so I can say he very much likes their boxes”

“Good choice and variety delivered in good time for my dogs birthday.Like the advert and packaging of the food choices. However my dog is really fussy and does not like very hard dried foodsuffs. My fault for not reading all the blurb so wont be buying more but like the idea of prezzies for animals. Cant buy again, sorry.”

“Postman Pooch are friendly and easily contactable. Products are nicely presented in a themed box and are of good quality. We looked forward to our monthly subscription arriving and was always on time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to treat their pet.”
