“The toy was open at the back so the squeaker could be seen and the cake was very dry . I won't purchase again I am sorry I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I could have got a proper labeled kong yoy and a cake made for cheaper .”

Hi Kay, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry for any confusion - the product description does mention that there’s a Velcro opening on the back so the squeaker can be removed. Also these are proper KONG, we are an authorised seller of KONG. I hope this helps and thanks for taking the time to leave feedback.

“What a fabulous little company I fell across by accident, my daughter absolutely loved the box, as did Marley (my Grandson Maltipoo) would absolutely use again and recommend, great value and great choice of products, all in a fabulous box, obviously addressed to the Birthday Pooch .”

“Great products, great ideas but………i hate to be neagative. I placed my order 3/10 (full price) then recived a 5% discount code, stamge? then next day recieved another email, 10% discount code which was AFTER i placed my order? I emailed on 4/10 an im still awaiting a reply?!?!? Would i use or recommend this, not sure at the mo, the dury are out, is a reply to an email too much?”

“My dog loves these and is helping her with her diabetes. We have to be careful what we give to her as treats as it can seriously undermind her treatment. Thanks and I will continue with these treats so long as she likes them.”
