Excellent online ordering and processing, very quick insallation from order (2 days!), Pod Point installation engineer very good and friendly and made a good, tidy job.. Happy with everything to that point. Problem is now having problems as cannot charge - hopefully to be sorted soon.

The lead up to the installation was long and convoluted. With regard to installation, I was given one time slot and the installer another leading me to be angry at a no show and the installer perplexed as to why I thought he was late. This scheduling aspect needs to be sharpened up. The installer, Trevor, was excellent and a credit to Pod Point (although he was with a sub contractor). Fortunately he managed to finish (without skimping) before my husband and I had to leave for a scheduled visit. Installation marked 4 because of the timing issue.

Online application was not easy. The form was.easy. The staff at the office sent wrong forms and had a lack of knowledge

The ordering and payment, except for the lock, was made by Jaguar Woodford, and was acceptable. The installation was not undertaken in the best manner as we are left with an unsightly cable which could, with a little more care and thought, have been minimised.

The engineer did a neat job and had a eventful time during the installation of the charger due to a faulty board, but it was all sorted and seems to be working well now My only complaint is if you need any technical assistance from Pod point all I can say is god help you they are very slow to deal with any emails and getting through to them on the phone is time consuming, even though their staff seem pleasant enough they have virtually no technical knowledge which is totally down to lack of training being provided by pod point. Luckily all is working for now I just hope nothing goes wrong with it as I dread the thought of getting a fast solution to it if a fault develops.

The install was excellent, very friendly and tidy, thank you Miles, the lead up wasn't so Many phone calls and emails unanswered. Too many contacts, would be better if one person looked after a number of clients. However we got there in the end. Thank you.

Actual installation was excellent. Website was confusing and hard to follow. First email from you listing works to be done by us was scary and wrong. Telephone call to you as a result of scary email was well handled by you. Subsequent emails were good and efficient.

The installation was very good. However the paperwork asking for a lot of details was very daunting to us older people. Uploading photos etc and lots of questions asked was difficult. We had to take the help of our daughter and son in law. We would have preferred paying some more money to have less of the paperwork hassle

The installer was very pleasant and informative - however the shrub near the meter has been completely destroyed and will need removing now. More care should have been taken . I have added pictures of a healthy plant in the next bed and the one that has been ruined near the meter

The order to installation process could be improved with minimal updates for when someone would be visiting the property. This needed to be chased due to the absence of any news. Following installation within days the Pod Point started flashing white indicating it didn't have a connection to the internet which is needed for maintenance and software updates. This was raised with the team and eventually they advised the home broadband router is at fault. Strange that it worked initially and no other device suffers any issues around the house. Despite this, the Pod Point still charges the car and updates the amount of energy used via the app.

Fast professional installation. Brad did a great job on the day. Only problem was that the initial survey, carried out remotely using photos, requested that I upgraded the existing consumer unit in the garage at a cost to me of £122. When the installation actually the existing consumer unit was not used meaning that the £122 was wasted.

I didn’t like paying in advance and found the whole on line experience impersonal. The outcome is fine although I suspect I don’t understand the functionality beyond a glorified plug. Not sure why it is connected to the internet.

It’s wonderful to have the opportunity to charge at home at 22mi/h. The system itself works perfect. But hours later we mentioned that 4 powersockets in my house are dead. Still not fixed after 3 weeks. I took contact at the same day to the installer. But he said I have to pay for this extra service. Really poor. This service is bad.

The communication was non existent and no advise was given. I had to constantly chase this up. The electrician though was outstanding and did a very good neat job. The cost was far more than originally quoted as I needed extra cables. Heads up to Darren

Some complications with cabling and grant application delayed installations. Uploading images for installation time consuming and frustrating. Pod Point requirements combined with COVID procedures made it a hassle.
