Very smooth end to end transaction. Gentleman installation was lovely. One slight issue reach your installer to drill outside in so’s nog yo damage external brickwork

Bit of a disaster really over 6 weeks to get install date Engineer turned up on day on time and no parts to fit install. Engineer returned a week later to fit Point all good Engineer retuned 5 days later to correctly install wiring. not the happiest 7 weeks of my life

I felt pod points way of getting information was terrible. How a disabled person is to walk about taking pictures when they struggle to walk is mad. On the plus side the people that put in the point done a great job.

I found the process was very long . Much of the information required I could not have supplied without help from a member of my family. It took some time before I eventually gave all the information you were looking for. I understand the company were reducing home visits due to Covid. However as a notability client I would have appreciated more assistance in the early stages.

Once firm submitted the communication from them is space and ringing them is not helpful at all

During my experience as a process improvements facilitator at Rolls-Royce aero engine repair and overhaul I learned that there are 3 main reasons why a process falls down and these are, Communication, Communication and Communication. All of which Pod Point have managed to achieve the single most disastrous level of incompetence I have ever had the displeasure to be subjected to. Ask anybody, what winds them up the most and i guarantee this reply, when someone tells you that they will get back to you today, and they don't. Pod Point, guilty, guilty, guilty, on all three counts. Take a good look at my case, read all my emails and telephone calls, I waited 50 working days for my installation, shame on you.

The fitting went fine, the engineer was excellent. Using the charger is fine, although (as many have said on the reviews), the app is not a good experience and really needs sorting out.

Organising and delivering this product onto consumers who aren't yet EV drivers must be an uphill challenge and the process evidently works. That's the good part. Whilst the installation went very smoothly, the user support for the fillout of the government form needs some attention as does you guys unilaterally booking an installation slot after you'd been told and acknowledged I was ill.

Ordering processes all good. Arranged an installation all good. On the day of installation no one turned up and no one called to let me know. I called podpoint which took an age for someone to answer and then could not tell me what happened. Eventually got an email apologising and rebooked my installation. No reasons why no offer of compensation for waiting all day. When the install finally took place it was great.

The installer was great, just a shame the company let him down with the components. He had to go back to collect the correct parts which took the three days. Cannot fault the installer at all, just a shame the actual company let him down.

We found the preparation instructions for obtaining the Pod Point extremely complicated and felt it was necessary for someone (a trusted friend) with good knowledge of electrics and familiar with using a mobile phone for taking the specific photographs required before installation to do this for us. We did not feel competent to carry out the work ourselves. This was frustrating, but so far we are happy with the actual Pod Point and have successfully charged the car at home via the app and manually, although we feel the instruction booklet could have clearer diagrams and include more details, i.e. re the necessity of unlocking and locking the car within 10 seconds of attaching the charger. There is only one Pod Point shown in our area and that is restricted to the use of hotel clients

The installation went fine and the man who did it was top notch. It was delayed a day and the communication was lacking and they tried to delay for 10 days which would have left me without a car.

Was happy that charger was unable to be cited where I would have liked as the intalling engineer was unable to climb more than 3 rungs high.

Online ordering system was frustrating. Really wanted to speak to a human but the system wasn't keen - kept asking to fill in forms, take photos and even videos. I understand that this is a quicker cheaper way for them and for most installations probably quite easy for the buyer to live with but our case was quite complex. The installation itself though is great - well constructed and easy to use with no difficulties

The engineer arrived several hours late, having had problems with a previous installation. I would have liked more frequent updates re this. The installation did not follow the course that I had suggested, despite my having provided numerous edited photos and I gained the impression that the engineer had not even viewed these. Otherwise, the work was completed satisfactorily and all seems well.
