Great installation and very knowledgeable staff. Been putting off for ages as I thought my home electrics were not suffice. After a few pics send to them there customer support was brilliant.

Dear Sir / Madam Thank you, the wall units had been installed as scheduled in July 2022, unfortunately the 7 meters cable was not enough, I was advised by the technician that you will contact me to arrange for 10 meters cable delivery and I will need to pay the difference between the 2 cables. Can you kindly update arrange this issue for me as I am receiving the car by the end of this month. I had send an email last year requesting the delivery for the 10 meters cable, but there was no response. Kind regards Abdelrahamn Elsheik 17 Kevin Gardens, Brighton, BN2 6RR

Installation Engineer was timely, professional and cordial at all times and explained everything that was due to take place. The only small gripe was the inability to pair to the app but this does not appear anyway related to the engineer. This pairing is now resolved after feedback to the support team

The engineer messaged a. Day before the expected time of arrival. Finished his job on time. However when I first tried charging m car same night , cable got stuck in the Pod. The engineer who installed the pod point refused to help and advising me to contact customer care. As it was over the weekend I could not get any help. I sent several emails.

Quickly and efficiently installed but there were several reschedules prior to the actual installation.

The home installer was excellent. He did the survey and then carried out the installation, which was not straight forwards, but he did a really good job.

The fitter was good at communicating, job was done quickly and efficiently. Only problem is that the plug-in end does not stay in the 'holster' but keeps falling onto the floor. I would like someone to contact me about this, or I could contact Mazda.

The initial contact felt a little slow but once I called and spoke to them this soon sped up the process. The lady I dealt with on the phone was so helpful and got everything booked in for me. The installation went like a dream, the engineer was so helpful thoughtful and tidy! He went out if his way to wire it through my house. Top marks

The guy who fitted the pod point was very good and even tried to get the fitting done within a timescale as he knew I had to go out. Can't fault him he was brilliant. Only 4 stars as there was a lot of going backwards and forwards with the telephone team. Would I use them again? Yes. Do they need to speed the telephone team up a bit? Yes.

Biggest problem I had was the fact I was informed I would require a newer distribution box. This resulted in waiting weeks to get a company to replace it (after they said they needed to check out all the house electrics). This cost me hundreds of pounds more, and delayed completion of the installation. The engineer who started the installation, came back and completed it. Very friendly, helpful and professional. At the moment I've only used it once, as I'm awaiting my Bulb account to be transferred over to Octopus, at which time my Smets1 electric meter can be upgraded to a Smets2, then I can go onto their eV tariff. To be honest, I hadn't expected so many obstacles.

Everything went well with the ordering process with good communication. The installer was punctual, polite and tidy in his work. However, he was unable to open a connection with podpoint network and therefore unable to demonstrate how we could link to the podpoint app. We tried following the instructions in the booklet, but seemed to get stuck in a loop without any success. We finally got connected after contacting the support centre. This was a disappointing end to an otherwise smooth service.

Initial form filling a bit of a pain, although I understood the necessity. Actual fitting process was spot on , on time, neat and tidy very professional.

I have found them speedy, responsive and capable. The Pod works but local IT connectivity has failed, so far, to "connect" the equipment.
