“overall sadly dissappointed as let down by garage in communications before as asked 2 weeks before collecting car that needed the home charging-only to find the day before only that registered with Pod Point. Then details of photographs said we needed an electrician out -but later stated not needed. In stallation good but had to pay extra hour to do which was ? Then charger would not work that eveing and spent hours with installer and tech people trying to get to work-only to find out that he needed to initialise his end to start charging!! next evening trouble again-but only as charging would only start at 12am and that is not enough as I leave 5.30am and not fully charged then. Tried to contact again and email and no response. I want it to charge when i plug in not when Pod Point want to charge!!!”

“Overall very positive, the only issue I had was sending photos to them for the pre-inspection checks, the mail file was too large but I didn't hear from them and there was no follow-up from podpoint. When I spoke to the team they were excellent and Chris the installer did a great job and overall a thoroughly nice chap. The app could do with a bit more functionality to make it more useful, however overall, I would recommend.”

“Not a good experience. The engineer didn't arrive for the first appointment as I work away from home I had travelled especially for the installation. Rearranged another visit and installation was then fine. However, the charger developed a fault before it has been used and now awaiting a rectification which has been scheduled for 3 weeks after the fault is notified. Let's hope it is sorted out next week”

“The lad who came to install the Pod Point was very polite and helpful. He was fairly new to installing Pod Points so the installation ran into a second day but otherwise a tidy installation. At all times he remained professional and positive. He will, no doubt, get quicker as he gains experience but he is a credit to your company. I felt the communication from the booking team could've been better and I thought the £95 charge for the additional 5m of cable was a bit high though and I felt somewhat held to ransom to pay it as I needed the charge point installed. With better communication from the booking team i would've awarded 5 stars.”

“Excellent . The electrician was on time &worked well explaining the workings of the pod point to me as this is the first electric car we have bought. The only thing he couldn’t do was connect the internet to the pod as the Wi-Fi was too far away . I have ordered an extension plug which will connect me to the pod . I would be grateful if someone could check that the app is connected to the pod point . An excellent service which I will recommend to friends. HilaryMunro”
