“My whole experience with the company was very positive. Website is easy to navigate and after the purchase when I realized I wanted to add more items it was quickly fine over the phone. “Very happy with purchase and communication from suppliers and delivery people. Lovely service A lady from Dewsbury had delivered my items, one item wasnt in stock but she made the extra effort by collecting it from Wakefield store and delivered it to me personally within my time frame. I told her my builders were already here sorting a leaking roof and I wanted new fascias so while they are working at mine would it be possible to recieve it...to my surprise once my order was viewed she was able to arrange this same day. Fantastic service, cnt remember the wonderful ladies name. But she does work at Dewsbury branch. Superb A*******”

Hi Glyn, Thank you for your review, as for the packaging these are hand delivered by our own courier local to your area which was only 3 miles away so we do not use packaging on this product which helps the environment. The end caps were sent out on Royal mail but we did not know until now that you have still not received them. Sorry for problems that occurred but please feel free to get in touch if you still wish for the end caps to be sent out? Regards, BPOltd
