Pathetic service and poor communication, if a product isn’t in stock dont lie it’s out for delivery when it wasn’t, I was badly let down, of which I purchased from gap within a day on time my loss money wise but you learn.

It took hours on the telephone (on numerous occasions) hoping someone one would answer, to no avail. Lack of professionalism and communication, will never use this organisation again!

I bought 2, 5 meter lengths of UPVC window sill cover. They did not notify me when they were being delivered but luckily I was in to receive the order. The sill covers come with a protective film which I left on TO PROTECT during the fitting process. When I removed the cover the sill was scratched. Although annoying I had enough over to do it again. I then did the larger sill and when I removed the protective film the sill was great till I got to a large area of damage. Contacted them via e mail and within a couple of days got a response as follows. Because I had cut and fitted the sill they would not replace or refund. They say you should remove the plastic foil prior to fitting. I advised the company I will not use them again.

It's been 2 weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't heard from them regarding delivery. Nothing. I can't even contact them. No answer on phone or email.

They are literaly just a middle man,they lie to you constantly after nearly a 3 week wait after blatant lies on the phone and IGNORED emails i got told by EUROCELL they had only just received the order 2 days ago and it was delivered on the third day. This company cannot be trusted and people honestly bear in mind your paying B.P.O to only just pass the order to a local supplier cutting the supplier out. Cannot question the price even though it was more than EUROCELL but far cheaper than B and Q.I will not be using again customer service is terrible please take note

Company is a sham. Keep promising delivery dates but no delivery. Partial delivery from a local Eurocell but would keep giving new delivery date without delivery. I would like to get a refund but it hard to get through!

Ordered 7 sheets of solid polycarbonate sheets , 2 sheets were 4mm and 5 sheets were 6mm, All the sheets were delivered as 4mm, company is due me a refund of £247, spoke to customer service who said refund would take up to 7 days, now when I call to see where refund is they tell me they will call back but never do. Have invoice with what I ordered and also delivery ticket which shows the differences,

I ordered 2no. 25m length of self adhesive foam strip along with clear roof panels and screws. 20m rolled up, non self adhesive strips were delivered instead. Completly fraudulent and false advertising on website and refused to accept blame and refund for the strips. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Had to order longer strips as required instead from other suppliers after delays due to this middleman, fraudulent company. Avoid for your own sake if you dont want to be disappointed.

So they looked great, excellent price and advised it'd be around 14 working days for delivery, no problem. Then after this time had passed, I messaged to see if they had a delivery date, which raised a ticket. Nice lady replied she'd speak to Maidstone office and let me know. Then after weekend, get a message saying ticket resolved. No other emails. So I emailed to say it wasn't resolved and I still hadn't received. Then got the same nice lady saying that they'd delivered the day before. Which obviously they hadn't and I requested a picture, confirmation of address and signature. Then same nice lady says it was a mix up but it'll be delivered this afternoon.....after 8pm and still no sign. So more porky pies. Personally, if it's going to be delayed then just let me know a date when it will be here, not lies and excuses. Very poor and suspect I'll have to buy elsewhere since you can't trust what they are actually telling you.

Order not arrived and order status been changed to complete. I rang the phone line, once I finally got though. The lady on the phone (who was very polite) said she would call back and provide me with an update as she couldn't get in contact with the relevant people. I'm still awaiting my call back and my products.

Still waiting for my prepaid order 10 days after ordering on 31/3/24. Your post order contact for customers is appalling. Basically ignoring all contact by customers. All you get , no matter what time you call is a pre recorded message. I did get a reply from customer services, once via e mail, which didn't do me any good, as I still am waiting for my order to be delivered.

Wouldn't buy from you again waited 3 weeks for a delivery of facial boards which didn’t arrive then upon an email to you it was going to be sent out the next day after 2 more weeks it didn’t arrive so I had no choice but to ask for a refund. Another nationwide company delivered within 2 days

Ordered 8 days ago still no info on my delivery contacted them multiple times no not replying the phone number doesn’t get answered. Scam site after multiple emails got one back saying it will be delivered waiting in still nothing stay away
