Communication terrible, delivery over 3 weeks (I will cut some slack due to shutdown) but when it did arrive it was the wrong size of sheets and the wrong thickness, the paperwork didn't match the delivery or my order the only thing that they got right was they managed to count to 3 and got the right number of sheets. Still waiting for an answer to my online communications and email regarding sorting this mess out....I could be a while. I would recommend anyone thinking of using this company go elsewhere.

My items were ordered end of May .I still have no date or any apologies or when I am likely to get the items .I have been waiting now for three weeks. I cannot get hold of anybody by phone and you seem to ignore my e mails to you No I would not recommend you

Placed order on the 19th of may had a email to say it would be delivered on the 10th of june still haven't received it I have sent them 3 emails to different email addresses and tried calling them and have still had no response

3 delivery promises failed to turn up then goods appeared unexpectedly which thankfully were fine

I had a damaged drainage pipe, contacted their online chat, they said they’d send a replacement out. Contacted them again but with no reply that time. Replacement never turned up. Customer service was terrible, will never order from them again.

Ordered product and paid. Order cancelled by seller without any reason given. Presumably their free delivery offer is misrepresented.

Hello Mr McElroy, Thank you for your review. We have cancelled your order due to us not being able to deliver the products you had ordered to your location (NI). We do clearly state this on the deliveries page on our website which details senarios for lead times on different products and postal areas, which we have attached a screenshot of this for your reference, it is nothing to do with the free delivery offer. As soon as we realised that we couldn't deliver your order, we took action and refunded you instantly via the method you paid us and we have also emailed you your receipt for the refund which details why we refunded you as soon as we could (snippet also attached). Order placed & email confirmation received advising delivery Dec 2nd. Rang for ETA on Dec 2nd to be told order was on a 3 day economy delivery service from Leicester! This left our team in Oban, with no other suppliers available, 3 days behind a very tight schedule & with no option but to wait at the mercy of this delivery, which eventually arrived on Dec 5th at 10:30. We incurred 3 days of lost down time along with additional costs for other trades we had engaged locally - we will NEVER use this firm again.

Good Afternoon Louisa, Thank you for your email, I would like to firstly point out that there was no LYING at all on this scenario as it was myself who dealt with Alan at your end. When the order was placed the delivery of £75 + Vat should have been applied as it was classed as Scottish Highlands. This was not the case and on Friday Morning it was given to me to review on what was to be done whether to waver or get in touch with you in regards to taking a further payment. Alan called and asked to alter the order and add on the extra sheets etc to the order on Friday morning which was done at our end and the order was updated. At this point I decided that I would waver the carriage cost as you were a new customer and we would potentially see more trading from yourselves. Alan I believe called on Monday afternoon and spoke to Lewis which in turn was told that the delivery was leaving Leicester tonight on a Three day economy service and after this was informed Alan asked for a call from a manager. I myself decided to deal with this and spoke to our suppliers etc to see the likely hood of any other way to expedite this but there was not a faster solution available. I in return spoke to Alan to say it was a 3-5 day courier but they are aiming for Wednesday but the updates will follow, I also stated at this time that it could not happen as planned but we could update on a daily basis. Alan agreed that this was not ideal but would keep the order on as I offered him a full refund if he would want to look elsewhere to see if he could get it any quicker. I requested on Tuesday after speaking to Alan again to see if we could get an update but it was proving difficult as we was dealing with our suppliers who in turn was dealing with Pallex who in turn has to sub this out to another logistics company that covers that area. I made Alan aware of this and on Wednesday I even looked into seeing that if the delivery was going to arrive into Oban late or Glasgow that Alan could collect no matter what time it arrived. This was not something we could do. The evening of Wednesday I called Alan on my mobile after business hours to tell him I had heard back and that the delivery would be with him by 11am Thursday but I got no answer. Upon Thursday morning I called at 8:30am on my way into the office approx to inform him of the situation and then called again at 11am to make sure the delivery had come at 11am to which he stated yes it is here. I am sorry for the mix up throughout the ordering process but I feel that we handled it the best way we could and I have to state we never lied to any party along the way. We were upfront with any problems occurred and that you were given options to cancel and be refunded when the problems came apparent. I must repeat that on Monday when I spoke to Alan I offered to cancel the order and was told not to, so when you say we strung you along this is clearly not the case. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience caused. I hope this helps to clear things up. Regards, Anthony

Unable to give more than the 1 star as I am still waiting for the product I ordered to arrive. Waiting for at least 10 days now even though delivery was expected to be 2 to 3 working days. Have had no notification of why there is a delay.

Took a phone call 3 days after order, to find out they didn't have any, they do not keep in stock, they were trying to get it from Eurocell near where I live. I could have done that myself in the first place, Building Plastics may be cheaper than everybody else, but communication is poor. Stock appears to be limited.

Hi Andy Jesney, Thank you for the review, however I find the 1* review quite harsh for what happened on your order. Firstly we are an official Eurocell distrbutor so yes we use over 250 depots of theirs Nationwide. You placed your order late on 25/11/2019 your item was an special order item stated in the listing as extended lead as the depot would need to order this is as per their stock delivery once a week. However we informed you of this and we tried to source from another depot but the other depot showing stock was reserved for another customer. You was informed 1 working day after you ordered the item which is within our timescales and you decided at that point you wanted a refund which was done immediately. Our prices and deliveries as per our reviews are great and as per our reviews I feel we don't do too bad. Regards, BPO LTD Team
Good price but fascia & soffits have not turned up, very rarely respond to requests for delivery dates, phone number goes to an answer phone in USA, now a week late and no idea if I will ever get my goods, Shocking! Scaffold costs ongoing and other trades had to be cancelled due to scaffolding being in the way, therefor I will be charged for late completion!!!!!

As a business owner myself, I hate giving one star reviews but having placed our order nearly one month ago, and despite numerous delivery dates being promised, we still have not received the goods. Consequently we’ve had to order from another supplier and cancel this order (awaiting refund). Very disappointed as the prices are good but service is rubbish. Don’t order unless you can afford to wait forever for delivery..😡

Order placed 02.10, ETA Wednesday 9th October TBC Tuesday 8th October ; then 10.10 Delivery depot in Guildford doesn't have stock of corner packs. Due in on Monday 14th for delivery same day or Tuesday 15th latest. Apologies for the delay then 16.10 Your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you. DEL - 17/10/2019 First Drop 8am - 9am then on 17.10 P.M. I've been advised the materials are on the van and out for delivery 18.10 - after no delivery and another 2 phonecalls I still don't know where my order is going to be delivered. We have the trades on site waiting to finish the job and I have no idea when the materials will be be delivered after 16 days from ordering. I understand a one star review is detrimental for your business but so is your poor service for ours.

Dear Lucian, I am very sorry about this and believe it has now reached site this morning as we discussed on Friday. We did try to deliver last week when we said but we couldn't find the address on the campus and also we were having problems with the depot. Well the courier needs to learn some social skills when dealing with people. He dumped my skirting outside and didn’t even help me bring it indoors knowing it was 5 metres long. Didn’t acknowledge if everything was ok and then just went without communicating with me or leaving me with an invoice to check the order. The worst delivery guy I’ve ever witnessed. Shocking.

Hi Kirsty, I feel the one star review is really harsh. We delivered the goods on time and updated you along the way and the goods were delivered with no delivery charge so FREE. The price is half the price you can buy anywhere else and the product is great. As for the bringing it indoors the drivers are not insured to do this so they do not generally tend to go into the property although some do. As I stated to you I have informed the Depot Manager and the regional Manager of your complaint but I feel that this is rather a strong review and not a true one based on the full experience you had with us. Hi Keith, I would like to ask that you stop leaving reviews on our review platform, this has a damaging effect on our online business and is rather unfair. Looking into this there has been problems with your order and these problems have been highlighted to you and updated through the order system. Unfortunately one of the items has had to be brought into depot specially. Leaving a review everyday will not make it come any quicker, so please stop doing what you feel to be okay as its defamatory and slanderous neither to mention untrue. We have kept you informed along the way and you could have cancelled the order for a full refund at any time, you have not at any time emailed or contacted us through calling other than just writing a review twice. I have attached a timeline to show that you were in fact updated that you state you were not. Please feel free to contact me on this matter. Anthony
Placed an order with this company on the 11th June and got a confirmation email . since then I have not heard a thing ! ifs now the 8th August and they have ignored all my emails regarding my order. I have had to buy elsewhere so requested a refund which I have not received either or a reply. will never use again
