i wish i had read reviews for this company before placing order. placed order and courier phoned me to say he did not have full order, it was over £120 and he delivered one item at £4, but on the company website it says the courier has delivered the full order, the company are not answering emails or phone or have anyone on live chat. only good thing i can go to the bank and ask them to help me get my money back. why do they have a customer rep photo with "need some help" call our friendly team!!! sorry phoned at 9 a.m. yesterday and gave up listening to the same message 4 hours later ( only stayed on hold as I was concerned about them saying they had delivered order in full), courier guy not happy as I had to tell him they said he has delivered. its such a poor standard of service this company offered and to mark an order paid in full is even worse as they seem to be suggesting the courier is not trust worthy!

Paid for £635 of soffit boards and accessories and arranged for delivery on the 6th Feb as I had to travel for my mum's funeral. Got home on the 28th Jan to see that the idoits had delivered while I was away. Emailed the supposed MD Anthony who had confirmed the delivery date with me on why it had been delivered early but no response. Avoid. It looks like they had a profile on Trustpilot which showed lots of negative reviews.

Hi David, Firstly we apologise that your order was delivered early, I can assure you everything at our end was done to ensure delivery was made to you on the 6th February. Having looked into this further I can tell you that the depot delivering to you, missed the email and notes on the order system stating when delivery would liked to be received by your request. I ordered some roofing sheets . Paid for them . Waited 10 days for delivery date . They never turned up. No phone call . Waited 1 hour on phone to see what had happened . They couldn’t deliver for another week . So I asked for money back . Phoned week later , no money . Another week later no money . Phoned again and that took another week to get money back (3 weeks and 4 phone calls ) Disgusting .

Hi David, I can see this was logged as a complaint by yourself with our customer service team. You placed the order on 16/11/22, the goods were due to be delivered to you on 22/11/2022 as discussed. You called 23/11/2022 to say the delivery did no arrive. When we looked into this we was made aware by transport there was an issue with the delivery which was out of our control. We then informed you the order could be delivered 24/12/2022 however you opted for a refund in full as you wanted delivery on Friday as you were not available on the Thursday. It was explained to you that we only go to York every Tuesday and Thursday. You then requested the refund which was processed. We do make you aware even though refunds are done immediately on most occasions it could take a while to show on your side (7-10 working days). You persisted to call chasing this regardless of being previously informed and sent an email confirmation. I apologise you're not happy with our service, but I don't believe we could've acted any quicker in terms of refunding your money. won't order from this company again, from the start difficulty getting someone to answer the phone, then logging online to track orders was even more difficult, used online chat after 9 days of hearing nothing to be told order will be another week and another order will be followed up. lost order. oddly enough half of the delivery turned up that afternoon without any notification.

Ordered facia boards, they never contacted me to say they had problems getting them , then when I contacted them they said they will refund me my money, week later still no refund had to contact them again and they said they had refunded, which they haven’t so I’ve raised a dispute with pay pal as that’s how I paid, stay well away from this company bunch of amateur cowboys

The company is impossible to get hold of. Live chat is never available and the phone line is never answered. If you put out a recording that says "We are experiencing a high level of calls", then that is not a high level - it's your normal level and you're doing nothing to improve the situation. There really is no excuse for not answering a telephone call where people want to spend money with you.

Was told by the sales team, "that they had checked with their local distributor" and was promised that delivery would be either the following Wednesday PM or Thursday AM, neither of which materialised! Spoke to building plastics again via live chat and was told that they would look into it and call me back.....still waiting for that call! Called the local distributor myself and was told that "the items are not in stock" and "delivery to my area is only on a Monday" Unlikely to be with me by next Monday either! Do not fall for this companies lies!

Very poor service and a purchasing process that is somewhat restrictive, time consuming and customer unfriendly. I had waited weeks for a confirmed delivery date and ultimately had to cancel part of the order because they would not commit to providing availability of materials ordered - the credit card bill arrived well in advance of the delivery of materials. To top it all....packaging and some materials were damaged and require replacing. This process is also very very poor from a customer's perspective and I have a project that has sat stagnant for weeks as a result of dealing with this company. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.

Placed a order with you on the 25 August , order number 130490 informed you that I was going to return a 5 meter length x 300mm length of soffit plus 2 facia brackets to Eurocell Abingdon they have informed me they have refunded you the money, trying to get in touch with you is like trying to get I touch with someone on the moon, could I please have my refund, terrible communications.

Refunds do take a while and we do have up to 14 days to approve a refund to you as per our T&Cs and the distance selling act. I placed an order almost two months ago and the item has still not arrived. In the current climate, I can appreciate this is a problem for many companies. However, the customer service and unfulfilled promises have left me really frustrated. Contacting the company had to be done via Live Chat, but responses were significantly delayed (it has taken over an hour to respond to my three questions!) - promises of call backs/updates did not happen and no apologies or understanding from the company. I have wasted a significant amount of time trying to work out where my order is and I have now been forced to cancel my order as I can't wait any longer - I just hope the refund is processed as promised without any need for me to force a refund via PayPal. UPDATE: As seen in the reply by the company, there is still no apology forthcoming and, as I have come to expect, no call was made to update me regarding a refund. I've had to escalate this though PayPal to try and recover my money.

I was informed by email that my delivery would arrive yesterday. Today I received a email to review. I have still not received the delivery and not even a phone call or email with an apology. It is meant to be delivered with their own van so they should be able to give me some updates.

Terrible company to deal with. Advised of a delivery date, waited in all day. Arrived the next day so lost a days work .cannot get through on the phone ( on hold for 30 mins ). order was delivered in 2 parts. The skirting and internal corners were delivered the following week. On opening the package the Torus skirting I ordered turned into chamferred skirts but got the correct corners ( which of course did not fit the incorrect skirting. tried again to contact the company. Still not picking up the phone and 2 weeks later still no response to my email. Had to buy replacement corners from Amazon to get the job done so £14 out of pocket. Products were fine but the customer service is completely non existant. Buy from anywhere but here. Order number 57143

Awful experience! The fact that they didn’t deliver the correct amount of items on the order wasn’t the problem, these things happen. It was the absolute lack of communication, I have literally just been ignored and left in the dark as to where my length of fascias is. Even now a week after delivery I still have had no acknowledgment what so ever, Completely lacking in customer service 👍🏻

Excellent product. Very pleased when it eventually arrived. I understand the problems with covid but it took 6 weeks to get delivered. First e mail after ordering on the 31st august told me the eta was 15th September. That came and went. Numerous phone messages left and e mails sent with no response. I eventually asked pay pal for a refund and I received my order within a week! Caused me lots of problems with workmen and decorators.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a scam. I purchased from them on the 13th of June and received an acknowledgement email on the 17th June stating my order had been dispatched, then absolutely nothing. This is when I found out they do not answering calls or emails. I e-mailed them on the 11th July asking about the order, then called a few times, no answer. E-mailed again on the 18th July asking to cancel. No response. Calls are not answered at all. They have taken my money, my bathroom is still unfinished after nearly 3 months, I no longer have access to a plumber - he's been cancelled twice and I had to pay him for wasting his time. I need this order to be cancelled so I can buy it elsewhere. I find it appalling that the company doesn't honour orders, has tenacity to send out a dispatch e-mail then doesn't respond to e-mails or answer the phone. And they are STILL accepting orders from people and taking their money. This is a complete disgrace. I have read the reviews on here and it is the same story.

Please do not use this company - unless you want to be robbed! They have taken our money and not delivered the products we've paid for. I have spent hours trying to contact them on the telephone, with no reply. I have also sent them 2 emails - again with no response. I have today issued legal proceedings against them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I paid you £560 in March for soffits and fascias that were never delivered. You dont reply to my emails and your phone is never answered. This is disgusting.What is your game? I sent the above review and got an invitation to email BPO, who would look into matters. Of couse, this was to show an answer on the reviews website and they have not responded to my email, let alone given me a refund

Beware of using Building Plastics Online. I have used BPO before without any issues but this last order I now regret placing. Firstly, although they advertise PayPal as a payment method, this wasn't available at point of pay only WorldPay which is not the same. I received an order acknowledgement email with an ETA of 27/07/20. It still hadn't arrived a week after this. After trying numerous times to contact BPO I finally got through. They returned the call to tell me it would arrive the next day, Wednesday. It still didn't and as I found out that the order was coming directly from my local Eurocell store. I called Eurocell directly later that afternoon. They said it was on the lorry but would be delivered the following day, Thursday. As it still hadn't arrived by mid afternoon and couldn't get an answer on the phone I got in my car and went to Eurocell. I got an apology but was shocked when they said they couldn't deliver it as BPO hadn't paid them.  Apparently this has happened before with this company. I was desperate for my order so I tried to call but after waiting 10 minutes listening to a recorded message saying "my call will be answered shortly", I emailed BPO asking them to call or email me by midday on the Friday or I would cancel the order. I didn't hear from them so I cancelled with BPO and paid Eurocell myself. They kindly gave me a good rate but I am waiting to see if BPO honour their 30 day refund guarantee. I'm not holding my breath as it's been 13 days since I cancelled and I still haven't heard back from them. I'll probably end up having to go to the small claims court. Pandemic or not, this is no way to run a business. I don't even think that they hold any stock but sell other peoples products. They are nearly impossible to contact. You are better off going directly to the main supplier and negotiating a rate for yourself.

Hi Paul, Sorry for the service you have received. We were constantly trying to get the order dispatched from the depot along with several other orders they have for ourselves. I can honestly say we have issues with this depot and the fact that your order was not delivered was simply down to the inept attitude of the staff in this depot. I can confirm that the refund has been processed at your request. I hope you understand due to the current climate that we are extremely busy and the phone lines do take a while to answer.
