“Had to chase up my order after not hearing anything about a pick up date.customer service had to re order it.”

“Your Website totally mislead me on delivery charges , offering free delivery on orders over a certain amount which my order was. I was then informed that an error had been made and that I was liable for a delivery charge of £110 due to the distance involved. I paid that , reluctantly , and then discovered , from the delivery driver, that the goods had been dispatched from a factory 10KM from my house in Glasgow ,not from the north of England . So where does distance come into that equation? So who is more eligible for free delivery than me ? ALSO the delivery was made 24 hours in advance of the arranged time so we had to scramble to arrange unloading and storage”

“Kath at customer services kept me fully informed about the delivery date and then phoned to give me a tighter two hours timeframe. When the package arrived it was extremely well wrapped and packaged. Product seems better than I expected so very pleased indeed. Thank you Kath. Much appreciated.”

“Ordered £300+ worth of skirting, waited 2 weeks for delivery date, on the day of delivery I had to contact customer services for a delivery time only to be emailed an hour later stating the order had been cancelled! No explanation why?! Now have to wait 5-10 working days for a refund! Absolute joke!”

“I purchased 100 graphite fencing panels and the quality is excellent,you are the cheapest for this product and the delivery time was well within time quoted. The two delivery lads were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again”

“Delivery was very quick ordered Sunday night and delivery was Tuesday first thing in the morning, although I had no notification of when delivery was due🤔 That was my only issue with the whole ordering process so knocked of 1 star for this.”

“I would give 5 stars for the product. However, I have ordered the same item from this company twice before and the cost with delivery has increased from £25.56 in December 24 to £45.20 this January due to increase in the delivery charge. The window board/sills are still at a similar price so the delivery charge of £18 seems extortionate. Also, I was given a delivery date but the item was delivered on another day and left on my driveway weighted down with a roof tile they found on the drive. I had not received any notification that the item would be arriving that day. I am also finding it impossible to log into my account on the website. I would say this company are fine for trade customers making purchases of £150 and over but domestic customers need to consider the VAT and delivery charge before purchasing.”
