“I placed my order on the Monday, thinking it would arrive before the weekend. I informed that it would come the following Monday which was too late. I sent an email on Thursday night asking for my order to be cancelled. I got an email back the following morning. Instead of confirming the cancellation it said someone going to ring me which never happened. The item arrived on the Monday but surplus to requirement as I bought the item locally but at more cost.”

“Overall was very pleased when I ordered some guttering and UPVC facias. Price was very good and free delivery over £100 clinched my order as another online supplier wanted £80 for delivery of the same order. Only down side was that I wanted to add a bend onto my order and even though I received a email received ticket they say that they couldn’t find it and so wasn’t added on and it was a pain having to go and pick it up. The delivery driver was very friendly and would use again and have already recommended them to friends.”

“Bought 3 x 5m lengths of 100mm white skirting board. Really pleased with the product and gives a great clean finish. Have bought over 15 lengths over the year and never had any issues. Also free delivery on minimum £30 spend. Wished other companies would follow suit.”

“Good quality and good price. Lots of communication. BUT website promises 1 - 3 days. My delivery took a week and a half and it was incorrect when I did get it. I did accept it as I didn’t want the hassle of correcting things (I benefited by a couple of quid).”
