“I ordered window sill and some other products but the delivery time could not be provided at order. I was concerned about this. Georgina helped by ensuring the delivery was on the day I could be there. She kept responding when i wanted to confirm when the delivery was to be on the day. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the sills but Georgina arranged for this to be dealt with. Showed great customer service thanks Georgina.”

“The rumours are true about BPO. They lie to customers and it's clear they do so on these reviews too. They don't are either weeks late or don't deliver, taking people's money. Look at the long post they made recently to one person, angry and accusatory, they take time to write this but not support customers. It's not how to treat people. Still no delivery after weeks, no response on customer service and tickets closed without resolution. Go direct, don't use these people, trust me.”

“Ordered Coastline cladding, it has been over a week without my item delivered. Tried to contact them via the customer service but seems to be no one pick up. The live chat apps useless, it won't work when you click it. The delivery date and time totally uncertain.”

“Easy to order and quick delivery would use again”

“Ordering process easy and prices fair but products arrived without any protective film wrap and were grubby/dirty with the odd scuff here and there. I ordered the same product a a couple year ago and the product came with protective wrap so standards have dropped”

“Delivery was a week late after sending an email chasing. No answer on telephone line. Goods were great though. (We had ordered before for similar order which did arrive on time)”
