The rumours are true about BPO. They lie to customers and it's clear they do so on these reviews too.
They don't are either weeks late or don't deliver, taking people's money. Look at the long post they made recently to one person, angry and accusatory, they take time to write this but not support customers. It's not how to treat people. Still no delivery after weeks, no response on customer service and tickets closed without resolution.
Go direct, don't use these people, trust me.
