“Everything went well until we tried to leave the car park where the machine told us we owed you £180. Not the thing to see you are tired after a long flight.
However after speaking with one of you people we were allowed to leave since the parking was prepaid for a 7 day which we did not exceed.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“The place was easy to find. And the parking was also easily found. The bus stop is just the opposite of the car park. And the bus comes within 12mins. Most importantly my car was secure. I will definitely be using this car park again when I go holiday next.”

“We've used plane parking a few times very easy to find ,entry was easy and as this was the first time we had a blue disability badge we found a disabled parking bay right next to the bus stop which made things very easy
Bus arrived within five minutes to take us to the terminal and on our return there was a bus waiting at the stance so all in all this war a great start and end to our holiday”

“Would definitely use again! Easy to book, great price even for our last minute holiday. Easy to find just followed the red signs. Didn’t wait long for the shuttle bus, driver even kindly helped with the cases. Exit was straight forward using the ticket at the barrier. Only improvement would be for it to be all tarred rather than chips as the cases occasionally got caught on the stones.”
