“I have used this car park twice for two car family holiday and would rate it 5 it it were not for the fact that one of the cars each time were blocked from exit and said we owed 250 pounds when you press the button to speak to someone you can't hear them”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
