“No problem with the parking and pick up and drop off, but why when I try to exit the car park you are instructed to pay £120.00 when you have prepaid ?”
“very easy to book plenty of spaces and a good price the bus drops you near the airport entrance which is good.the only problem we had was delayed in us for 4 hours the another hour in London so later back the scheduled time i had added on extra time for this then my cases were not in Edinburgh so when we got to the car park we only had a little time to get out a car was stuck the barrier and a bus blocking the road it's was 2 minutes after my time and the exit machine was trying to charge me £200 I contacted the service and was let out but not happy with this my try another parking area next time”
“We had a great experience when using Plane parking at Edinburgh airport. Details of the parking area where were sent to us along with updates etc via email. We arrived at the parking area very early in the morning. Upon arrival I positioned my car at the entrance and my ticket was available to collet from the barrier which I took, the barrier lifted and I proceeded to find a parking spot. I found a space within a few minutes parked up and proceeded to the bus waiting area. Within 5 minutes the bus arrived and dropped us off next to the airport area. The journey took approximately 5 minutes. On our return journey we simply returned to the bus area where a bus was waiting and we travelled back to the Plane parking area. Entered our car and proceeded to the exit barrier inserted my ticket and the barrier raised. Excellent service would highly recommend and prices are very competitive.”
