“We had problems prior to departure. There's no telephone number to speak to a person but they did reply very promptly to our email and sorted things out. There was a problem with the ticketing machine on the way out following our return but the chap on the intercomm sorted it out in a very friendly and helpful manner. I use this parking regularly and I'll continue to do so in the future if they keep their prices down!”
