“Good, although on leaving the car park it said that I owed £244 when I had already prepaid. I pressed the intercom and it was soon rectified thankfully. However not what you need at the end of a journey!”
“Easy to find and no long wait for bus to terminal. . But on departure from the carpark I was going to be charged $150 excess charge when my ticket was still within my time purchased. Easily sorted after a phone call to the operator.”

But getting past the airport barrier is not. Where exactly is the barcode you use to raise the barrier and how are you supposed to know that?
I had to phone for help after seven hours in trains and planes which is not exactly a “Welcome to Scotland” especially at midnight.”
“Parking perfect. Next to airport, what more can you ask for. Only issue, leaving the airport and the camera at the exit gate did not recognise the number plate and asked for £500 for my stay. Person at the other end of the line dealt with the issue quickly and smoothly. Just a little bit worrying.”

the only recommendation i have is that - If you purchase the Fast Park, some staff do not think the ticket is for fast park, they see Plane Parking and told us to go to another car park, it was good that we persevered and asked to speak with someone on reception”
