“This is an excellent facility. Increased taxi fares make it highly cost-effective for 2 or more people splitting the cost. Tops marks for convenience too. Online check-in makes the process even smoother.”
“Generally very good but night time signage , both accessing the facility and immediately inside the first barrier , is poor and should be fluorescent in order to to be viewed and understood immediately .Signage immediately inside the barrier fails to direct drivers easily over the mini roundabout and onwards to access the high rise car park ,”
“Easy booking. Easy entry. Lots of parking places. Only 10 minute wait for a bus at 4am. 5 minute wait for return bus. Problem with registration ID camera on exit. Had to call assistance. Got it sorted but you need to improve rhe cameras and/or paint stop lines on approach to barrier.”

“Parking and price ok but dragging suitcases from the car to the bus stop is challenging due to the coarse gravel between the roads and lack of space between the cars to get cases through. Car park would benefit from a few tarmac paths between cars for access.”
