“The parking service was great, best value from Edinburgh. Busses were really prompt and easy. Had a slight issue leaving with the ticket and barrier at 2am but a nice guy through the box helped sort it all out for a quick exit.”

“This is a huge car park that would be very difficult to manage without a good bus pick up and drop off. The driver was exceptional. So helpful and willing to help with baggage. He also allowed passengers time to get on and off.”
“Crazy mix up with booking.Paid online so barrier should have lifted when parking.Nothing happened.Took ticket and it indicated we would have to pay on exit.Phoned Customer Service at Edinburgh Airport and check made.Assurances everything was ok.Two weeks later at 2.30am barrier refused to lift.Pressed button for help.Eventually booking was found and barrier lifted.Not a particularly efficient system this time round”

“So easy you just pull into a bay leave your keys and get a receipt when you come back scan your receipt to find your keys in a numbered box and it has the bay your car is parked in for collection. The only thing that you must do to get out at the barrier is press for a ticket so it will lift. Fab parking service and all staff very helpful will definitely use again”
“Good, although on leaving the car park it said that I owed £244 when I had already prepaid. I pressed the intercom and it was soon rectified thankfully. However not what you need at the end of a journey!”
