Only issue I had was when leaving I inserted the card and a bill of 130 pounds outstanding so I had to contact the customer service desk to sort it.
They let me out instantly.”
“Great experience, all went smoothly thanks to the staff on hand to help us through the process. Especially on the way back as our return ticket had not printed correctly and did not have the barcode. Staff member helped us retrieve our keys. Will definitely use the service again.”

“Very convenient service ! Staff were on hand to help us drop off and collect our keys, but I might have found the process a bit tricky if staff weren't on hand . I think it has to always be staffed, rather than be completely D.I.Y. Everything was fine with our car on return, and it was parked very close to the terminal. Would definitely use again!”
“FastPark works really well. You get to park right next to the terminal, and your car is waiting for you in a numbered space when you return. It is also good value compared to the various other parking options. There are staff on hand to explain the procedure, which is quick and easy.”
