One slight problem/surprise was that on leaving and having put in the ticket it said I owed £180! Sorted rapidly by chat with the help person at the end of the assistance button. Some problem with the system ….. Apart from that all good.”
“The new road outlay at airport is a bit confusing. They don't direct from domestic arrivals, the shortest route. As disabled I opt for shortest.
I find the fee also a bit steep. I was lucky to get a disabled space on arrival. I think you could book disabled space in advance.”

Midnight arrival for collection was handled with polite efficiency. All staff a credit to the organisation. We felt safe in their hands looking after our car.”
“It would help greatly if each parking space was individually numbered, rather than just having areas such as A B C etc. Too easy to spend ages just to find your car, nightmare!!!”
