When we arrive to parking we didn't get our ticket with order number. It made some issues for us

We did not use the plane parking covered by this review since our flight was cancelled the night before. We had to rebook for today and I will write a proper review next week. I haven't received a rebate yet for the first cancelled booking. Thank you.

Very good , good size parking bays on a great surface, if your lucky you may get vacant parking bay, near bus stop pickup / drop off points.only criticism is the size of parking area could do with more bus stops.

Fab service! Buses regular and our driver was so helpful! Easy to find the car park and no issues on return getting back to our car!

The ONLY thing wrong with plane parking in Edinburgh, is that it's seasonal,you can't park there in the winter which is a shame cos its usually the best priced parking at Edinburgh Airport.

The parking was very safe and secure, very regular buses between the parking and the airport, the only complaint that I have is that I paid in advance for my parking, and was charged and had to pay £170.00 at the automatic exocrino barrier to get out.

Only problem barrier wouldn't rise when putting in the ticket.very hard to hear the guy on the intercom.

there's enough stress with a disabled wife getting through airport checks, without being held at the carpark exit accused of accruing a £350.00 excess charge. GET THE SYSTEM SORTED !!!

This was the best price I could find for 2 weeks parking so I would use again , but I had difficulty getting in as the first barrier wouldn’t open I moved to the second one and got in eventually. When I returned 2 weeks later the barrier wouldn’t accept my card and was asking for £250 payment ! , I contacted somone on the intercom and they let me out ( I had pre paid and booked ) so some little problems to fix . I should say the shuttle bus service was good .

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
