“Very busy and was not sure where disabled parking was so missed that which would been closer to the bus stop. Would use again. We were lucky with the bus at each end of trip too! Not long to wait.”
“We found the instructions to the car park very good, found a parking space quickly despite it being very busy there was still lots of spaces. Bus arrived as soon as we got there and coming back again the bus was there waiting at the stop at the airport and back to the car swiftly. Both drivers were lovely and friendly. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.
