“All went well until we tried to leave. After long flight home late at night about 2am we were queueing to get out for quite some time. Very tired and very frustrated. A problem with the card reader recognising everyone's card to enable the barrier to lift. Even the bus couldn't get out!! Otherwise fine but was a bit disgruntled as so tired.”

“The connecting bus service was good and the parking cost was very competitive. The one down side was the fact that, despite me pre-paying for my week's parking, the machine at the exit said I owed £180! The person I spoke to on the intercom sorted it out for me fairly promptly.”

“Parking process was straightforward and pick up by bus to terminal went well.On return we waited 15 minutes until bus arrived.Unfortunately after picking up car we hit a hidden pot hole ( raining!) on Eastfield Avenue close to car park ,which cost £60 to replace tyre on way home.Over all the system worked fine .”

“My comment is not do with plane parking which was fine they need to fix they roads outside it they are a disgrace people who found it fine will be put off in the future because the state of roads are a disgrace may damage your car”

“It has only 2 bus stops in the parking site which could mean quite a walk to your car especially if you have luggage and it is raining. As far as I am aware the bus is only every 12 minutes. There was plenty of spaces available when we were there in May. Would have preferred the registration recognition on leaving instead of using the ticket machine. Not sure how you would deal with the problem if you lost your ticket.”

“Everything was fine until it came to departing car park the machine at the barrier kept rejecting the ticket it took 6 attempts before the machine would accept the ticket and raise the barrier, not ideal.”

“A bit stressful to get to ( not frequent flyers ) but most satisfactory once there …. except for the issue of getting out - slight airport delay and barrier would not lift … said we owed £100 … a couple of cars in front had similar delay . Didn’t pay obviously and went on our way”

“Easy to find, thought we were not going to find a space but found one or two dotted about. Buses came along very frequently and was a quick journey to the airport. Drivers were friendly and helpful. Our only issue came when putting the ticket into the machine when leaving as it didn't recognise our car/prepayment and wanted to charge us £100. The man on the other end of the help button quickly sorted this out. Will definitely use again.”

“Economical parking and efficient bus service to airport. Distance from drop off point to airport could be problematic for those with impaired mobility but who falk short of being classed as disabled.”

“Very straightforward to book on line. However when leaving had to contact a member of staff as the ticket machine was trying to charge me £300, even though I had pre booked. The member of staff was helpful and it was quickly sorted out.”

“Slick system but need trolley parking for lugagge. Noted a few left in car park which were touching parked cars. Even the attendants mentioned that”
