Barrier did not work on entrance. Then tried to charge me £150 on exit

It might be called plane parking but far from plane view of the airport. Its advertised as 10 min walk from the terminal. I would say its nearer 30 min and for the elderly forget it. Fortunately there was a courtesy bus laid on although on the site says there isn't one. On returning to the car park the barrier said a fee of over £100 was due although paid full in advance. After a short chat with guy on other end of intercom the problem was sorted. A good price as long as the bus constantly available, if not look elsewhere.

Does what is required, shuttle bus to and from the parking. Disappointing that the prices have gone up so much, I'll be looking for alternatives because of that

I had a good first experience of your company but I think the car has a small scratch which I dont remember being there . I understand from your colleague who is based on site that you take pictures /video footage when the car is dropped off. Is this correct ? If I provide a picture , can someone check this out Thanks in advance Brian Smith

A car park in a reasonably handy location to an airport . All good. However I was disappointed to arrive back in Edinburgh Airport 3 hours later than anticipated due to Edinburgh Airport air traffic control being unable to accept our flight earlier due to staff shortages ( reason given by Jet2 ) and then on exit from the carpark I get charged an extra £12 for the pleasure . Thanks folks .

our flight was cancelled in London and we had to stay over and get a train home and were charged on top of £69 another £40 which we felt was over the top !!

We struggled to find a space and ended up in what seemed to be the only one which was as far away from the terminal building as it could be. There was no “walkway” until we reached the mid stay parking. The “exit” sign led to a dead end. Presumably it’s still a work in progress?

Excellent service in every respect except that our plane was due in at 11.15 pm and I calculated it would be about midnight by time we would collect car. Very upset at having to pay a further £15 as midnight considered a new day. I always thought midnight was the end of a day and 1 minute past midnight was the new day. In any event we collected car at 11.50 but no sign of a £15 refund!

Managed to get parked in the Long Stay car park and within a reasonable distance from the terminal building as my wife has walking difficulties and there are currently no buses. Paid a bit more than I would have liked but hey ho, what's not overpriced these days?

Easy parking but flight was cancelled within 2 hours of arriving at airport and parking wouldn't refund

Shocked by the £40 overcharge, as my return was delayed. Will not be recommending you to anyone.

Points to address: - no instructions were given on how to exit the car park. There was an email however no mention of the fact that there is a number plate recognition facility (which didn't actually work for us anyway). After scrolling on the website, we had to go to the T&Cs to find out. The ticket when presented said we had £170 to pay, when we had already pre-paid. The number plate recognition didnt work. Managed to speak to help via the intercom after 5 minutes of calling. - we were parked in H1 and managed to find the way to the airport but a clear path would be helpful. Especially when pulling big cases past cars.

Tried, but had couldn’t alter booking to add an extra day due to strike at Paris Charles de Gaul. Charged £65 on return. Original booking for the week was only £106. Extortionate!

Leaving the car was no problem whatsoever and very convenient. The flight was delayed and trying To find the building in the dark was difficult because the name was not on the side only on the front. This could be easily remedied.

Very easy to book and navigation instructions were very clear. Have used many times without any problems. On this occasion, having two suitcases and a very early 2am arrival flight the trek from the terminal to my car took a little longer (airport trollies are not the easiest to manover on tarmac). I was a little concerned about the amount of trollies abandoned in the carpark having arrived on a very windy morning. I did try to extend my stay at the carpark and tried calling without any response I sent an e-mail and it took 5 days to get a reply, after which time it was too late to make other arrangements to extend my holiday.

Have used Plane Parking many times and always found it convenient and good value. However, since Covid, there are no buses to transport you to the terminal. Having to walk to the airport, is a poor service, especially if the weather is inclement. Perhaps time to look elsewhere!

I have used this car park for many years and now I dislike having to walk to the terminal with my luggage, the shuttle bus was a better option. Also, every single time we try to exit, our ticket goes in the machine and up comes a huge charge yesterday £198 ! We had to use the intercom and give our booking number and our car registration to get the barrier to lift
