“easy to use website and very good prices, we got upgraded from the standard site to terminal parking which was great as we were able to park up and walk to the terminal, the only downside was when we were exiting the barrier it came up we owed £270 so had to chat via the agent on the intercom who let us out”

“The process was fine. The only problem was upon exit after 10 days of parking I was charged over 500 GBP because the system didn’t register my license car number upon entry. However this was solved by the help reception within a minute upon exit.”

“Had an issue with my parking card on the way out, the gentleman on the other end was very efficient and hopefully and was resolved quickly. Was patient considerating I forgot my reg number as I'd changed car and had to get out etc and about over to him. This is my 3rd time parking with your company and will again in future, reasonable pricing too.”
“Parking was great no pressure we just parked and walked straight into airport, it was early morning on our return flight, I expected to exit the way we entered the car park, but the exit was blocked and the division was unclear to us we ended up in the short stay car park and had to pay to get out”
“The email communication was very good, the cost was reasonable, directions were good but the automatic number plate recognition didn’t work.
Fortunately I pressed the help call button on exit and the helpful person at the other end sorted it out.
There is no explanation in the emails of what to do if the ANR doesn’t open the barrier on exit. This would have been really helpful”
