“Ok but poorly sign posted to find the exit and also when returning on foot. There were multiple cars parked on double yellow lines as people too lazy to walk from area at extremes of the car park where there were empty parking spaces. Also baggage trolley drop off areas not markedj”

Our car parks are signposted by wayfinding, located in key traffic areas. I’m sorry to hear that you found our wayfinding to be unhelpful. Please be assured that we are working hard to upgrade our wayfinding where required.

“Good value, within a short distance of airport. A little more detail would be good regarding what to do with ticket etc as I had prepaid but wasn't sure if ticket was valid or not.”
“Was upgraded to Long Stay as Plane Parking was closed, however there were hardly any spaces available in Long Stay with people parked on pavements, etc. Eventually found a space, and the short walk to the terminal was handy. The exit procedure from the car park after our stay was efficient and would recommend the car park in general.”
“I'm sorry to say that I am very disappointed with Plane Parking. On arrival, the park was closed using the intercom we were told to make our way to the long stay car park.
Again, no one was there. We parked, not knowing if this was OK or not. Again, there was no one on site on our return Saturday afternoon 11 Feb.
Considering your site is being sold as secure parking. I am very disappointed as i was charged an extra full day as our flight was brought forward.”

“Great place to leave a car near Edinburgh airport. I would suggest paying more attention if on reservation is mentioned "upgrade to Long Stay". This can save a little detour.”
“It’s a great parking place but needs more direction signs when returning. It was dark and took us a while to find how to collect our car . Due to lack of signs.”

Would have been soaked.ro be fair if rai was heavy, no waiting about for buses etc, about a 10 min walk to terminal with the kids and umpteen cases lol. Would I use again? “The parking was directed to Long stay car park which was not patently clear other than free upgrade to Long stay. The actual site has to be serviced via transport since it’s a distance to the terminal albeit on site( just)
The Long term car park is a 12 minute walk to the terminal, no problem if you have no luggage. I was carrying cabin baggage only so It was not a problem.
It’s a cheap alternative to short and mid stay.”
