“You know I wasn't sure about using these guys as it was going to be the first time doing so. The carpark is a little further away but still on the boundary of the airport runway. The car park was in good order. There are 2 bus drop off spaces which do cover the whole car park. The buses run constantly and were a welcome sight at 2.30 in the morning with a cheery bus driver on board. Plate recognition worked well for exiting and really, the whole parking process just worked - Great. Price was good too.

“The parking is less than 10 minutes drive by shuttle bus to the airport. You just park your car keep your keys and go to the bus stop to be picked up. The bus driver was very helpful and helped us on and off with our luggage, which was much apprecited.
On our return, you just went to the drop-off bus stop and get the next bus, which is every 15 minutes.
Would certainly use this service again.”

“The parking is good, the transport is good. I drove to the barrier going home and screen said I owed £242. I was shocked at 3.30 am. I had to reverse then couldn’t find a help phone number on my phone. I asked a driver and he told me to press a button on the ticket machine which got me through to a helper. The barrier opened. The plane arrived on time but it took 45 mins to clear passport. I don’t know what I would have done faced with a£242 bill. Allan.”

“The driver on our bus return on 11 September about 12 noon to the car park went way above and beyond expectations. Sorry I didn’t get his name but he was so very kind and helpful. A brilliant employee for your company.”
“Lovely driver on coach, but disaster on leaving after landing back at Edinburgh. Had prepaid and obtained a ticket on entry. Ticket refused to open barrier, and stated we were due £176 parking fee. Resolved by an unnecessary call.”
“After parking my car and noticed some poor person had left their window open I pointed this out to bus driver and yes the driver help as best he could fantastic I had booked my parking for returning on 11 Sept and my flight was delayed so when tried to leave carpark it said you have to pay an extra £16.90 I was like eh wtf after a rubbish day of delays I was half an hour after your allowed 2 hour window and gate reception said sorry take it up with the airline absolutely horrified at the response no compromise no compassion in these times of living crisis not happy won't use your services ever again and have another 2 trips planned this year already flying out if Edinburgh so you have lost my custom and if anyone asked me for a recommendation it certainly won't be you”
