“But its very misleading because the sigh Red in Plane Parking takes you to a complete different carpark we had to pay twice to get to eventually be in the correct one we drove around for so long and being told from the original carpark we booked into we were in the wrong one it cost us a lot more and very unfair having to constantly drive around and pay to get out of each one”
“Sorry to give you a 1star as we didn’t stay I lost the email and could no recover ,and couldn’t remember where you were based. So we ended up going to airport and parking in the first one we could get in .”

“Having used Plane Parking several times, in its first location, then during the pandemic (long stay car park). I find them acceptable and reliable in every way. However this time after returning on a long
and delayed flight. I put my ticket in the machine to see I had £330 to pay. This added more stress to an already stressful situation. Using the intercom contacted the controller and confirmed my vehicle registration he then let us out. Not the end of the world but the anxiety I could have done without.”
“On screen ask for over £650 for parking when I had already paid the full amount. This is not the first time. Delayed my getting out carpark. Car next to me was asked for over £900?”
“Car while parked sustained several very large scratches. Have taken photos and tries to get in contact with airport to report but not received any reply so far. Will be very expensive to repair.”

“Parking was easy and location was great. However, booking was not recognised at the exit barrier. Was told we had to pay £150. The assistant couldn’t find our booking even with the name, car registration and booking ref. Luckily, was told it’ll get sorted out as it’s not our fault. But it was quite a fright and has delayed our journey a bit.”
“This was a horrible experience. Plans changed...when I tried to cancel, the site told me they couldn't find my reservation. There was absolutely NO WAY to telephone anyone, and when I sent an email complaint (all before the reserved parking date, I received a reply from Edinburgh Airport that they were very busy...and would get back with me.
So, due to poor website and/or lack of telephone or direct email to the confirmatory vendor..
No one responded and I paid for three days parking that I couldn't use...despite attempting to cancel in advance.
Not a good experience.”
“Excellent location, plenty of spaces and shuttle service is excellent. Felt content leaving my car there for the week. Small issue on leaving, when I put my ticket into the barrier it came up with a £40 charge. I called the helpline and it was because i’d booked my car in for 7 nights (for my 7 night holiday) but as my flight had been a late night and it was passed midnight, it should have been 8 nights. The person on the helpline was extremely helpful and sorted it out for me but it was the last thing I needed at 4am after a 2 hour delay and huge queue at border control. I think it’s poor if Plane Parking would’ve expected me to pay for another full day when my flight was due to land at 00.15 had it been on time. Overall would recommend as was much cheaper and super helpful, friendly staff but encourage caution if flying through the night.”
“Very easy to find and found a space easy enough,bit of a walk from the drop of point to departures so bear this in mind if you have mobility issues. Easy to find out pick up point on arrival home and the bus was waiting for us,got back to our car within 5 minutes of getting on the bus which was much appreciated with our early hours arrival.”
