“Bit confusing as the paperwork said the barrier would lift with our registration. Took a ticket to raise the barrier and they wanted £176 but easily rectified when I spoke to someone at the ticket barrier. Definitely would use car park again. Bus transfer is excellent”

“Could not find bus stance for pick up at airport on our return. Also, I called website tel. No. to discover it invalid. Very angry and decided to walk. Will use our regular parking in future where all their drop-off and pick-up stances are well known.”
“I’m pretty sure I ended up in the wrong car park, which was sorted out by operators thankfully but can be an expensive mistake and easy to do if you are rushing for a flight. I would say that car parks should have better, uniform signage “A” “B” “C” and gps coordinates to get you their. Directions provided are a bit open to interpretation (“view of the runway”!) and a sign saying shuttle bus was not operating was misleading - made me think I was in the right place but had to walk it. Exit signage is a bit lacking for navigating out.”
“The actual arriving, parking, shuttle bus and the reverse on return was all perfect. I cannot fault that. My issue was I required to change my vehicle and the on line booking system would not let me. I emailed the email address provided and have still not received a response. As a result I had to bring the car I didn’t want to bring which was hugely inconvenient.”
“Parking and shuttle bus service were good.
Barrier on entry did not seem to recognise our car number plate even though we booked in advance.
However, the shuttle bus driver advised us what to do on returning to pick car up.”
“Parking went ok after looking for space on return had to pay extra 40 pounds to exit understand was my own stupid fault putting wrong date as we returned after midnight but 40 pounds seemed a bit excess”

“Got Directions to use the first entrance past the Long Stay exit. As I approached this entrance I noticed it was conned off, I continued on to the Plane Parking signs which took me to car park 200 yards further on. I parked my car and got the Plane Parking Bus to the Airport.On my return I was asked to pay £178.00 upon exit, I called the intercom and explained the situation. He cancelled the payment but said I should have parked next to the Long Stay car park, but this entrance was conned off. Bad Directions, Not good enough!”
“The parking was great and secure. However when we left I was charged £120 even though I had pre booked my stay. Luckily I checked my emails and noted that we were able to speak to security through the intercom. They checked the system and my number plate, confirmed there was a match and scrubbed off the £120 charge. That was good service.”
