“My first time using Fastpark. Had help at reception organising my key tag. (useful). I had difficulty finding my way to the terminal building. Better signage required. Same on return. More signage required. I had to as A guy behind a window who pointed the way. When leaving the car park its a bit of a nightmare I felt. I kept following the exit signs hoping I would eventually get out. Seemed a bit of a maze especially at night. Again better signage would be helpful. I'm hoping my second visit will be trouble free.”
“Easy to find, close enough to Edinburgh Airport without having to go too close. Far enough away for courtesy bus and no need to walk. Bus drops you off and picks you up at the other side where the trams are. I wouldn’t park anywhere else at Edinburgh now!”
“When we went to go out car park put the ticket in the barrier and it said I owed £320 I had such a scare had to press buzzer and tell that I had booked my car in the week before the man checked and lifted the barrier but it really was a scare”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“What a pleasure to be able to park my car knowing it was safe and there waiting for my return. I lost my slip and it was no fuss at all. It was easy to find my car and to exit. If there is anything I could change it would only be using Google maps as it took me somewhere else and it's quite a common accurance

“So easy. Parked on the second floor of Edinburgh airport multi story, adjacent to the terminal. Easy access to Fast track security and the start of the holiday.”
“Easy parking at mid stay, only 5min walk to airport so no problem.
Negative was despite pre booking it on exit it asked for £100 excess charge which was annoying. Problem was however solved once contacted the helpline.”
“Good idea and convenient. Some of the process requires to be simplified. For example the location of the car at when collecting keys should be attached to the keys.”
