“The plane parking website was appalling It never explained it was Fast Parking Should have stated FAST PARKING at top of printed off tickets NOT Plane Parking !!Extremely confusing Please change it to say FAST PARKING! Fast parking was BRILLIANT once we realised where to actually park !”

Plane Parking is a booking channel where when you input your dates and times you will be shown numerous options and I can see that you selected FastPark. You are them prompted to confirm your car parking selection before paying for your product. You are then sent a booking confirmation which confirms your car park of choice (FastPark) and also includes the directions to your chosen car park.

“Value for money was good because we booked so far in advance. Only slight quibbles... parking spaces aren't the widest if you've got a big boxy car and the entrance and exit road were being repaired/worked on so they were both narrow to get in and out of.”
“No explanation on where the car would be spent 45 mins looking for it at minus 1. A large sign above each key collection point. Showing layouts and exit route required. Went to the wrong exit and had to pay £6 to leave. The car park.”

“Everything went fine from arrival to keys collection.
The only item we did not see on the video, or missed on the website, is that AFTER collecting the car at the barrier gate one needs to press the button for a ticket to open the barrier. It was dark and we thought we had to use our key ticket bar code as did both the vehicles in front of us as it took a moment for the three of us to get out.
Just think it may be worth a note....🤷♂️”

“Very good value for money, very convenient to get to departures and easy on return from Arrivals. The process is quick and easy with good instructions. And lastly, but not least, the staff were very friendly and helpful.”
“Car number plate wasn’t recognised when we arrived, unfortunately we were late due to traffic so had to take ticket. On departure pressed intercom to speak and inform them of the issue, asked for number plate No, barrier raised to allow us to exit.”
