“My previous experience of Plane Parking really is disappointing as I have on the last 2 bookings online, thankfully having taken printed copies of the pre booking form ,with me I was stopped at the barriers ,asked to pay again (nearly 3 times more than my previous on line payments ) and then told by by a remote voice that they could not trace the registration of my car so that I could leave the car park .Even when I quoted my order reference number there appeared to be a reluctance to let me drive out. My flight had already been delayed by some considerable time and I had allowed some 2 hours extra in estimating the time for collection of the car- so further delay certainly unwelcome. If this is a sign of future service I will regretfully not be using your services again.”

“Hi everything was fine on entering but on leaving when I put the parking ticket into the machine at the barrier it came up as owing £445. I could not get an answer from the intercom at the barrier so after having to ask the drivers behind me to reverse to let me out I managed to talk to someone at the pay station who sorted the problem out.”
“Easy to book.... easy to park...quick pick up by bus...excellent driver on way to airport, saw us getting out of car, gave us a shout and waited at bus stop for us. Arrival back at Edinburgh bus there in 2 mins. Excellent service. Definitely recommend and we will book with yous again 👍”

“Very helpful staff member was there at arrival to make sure there were no problems with the car drop-off. That only took about two or three minutes then a very short walk to the terminal building. On return to Edinburgh the key pick-up was very easy and our car was parked just a few yards away. The whole experience was excellent and I would definitely use Plane Parking again.”
“Found it hard to find also never got ticket with my registration on it had to wait all weekend worrying if I was going be charged another £95 then when arrived back had to talk to concierge to get this rectified before barrier lifted.”
