“Well to honest wasn't good I parked where have parked for years thinking was plane parking got email 2 days later to say I was parked in wrong car park ...i parked here in may nobody told me it had moved spoiled my days away”
“Overall no issues except for when I tried to leave, using the card given to me on entry, it tried to charge me £205. I had already paid for the stay online prior to parking.
When I pressed the button to call staff, I explained I was being charged and asked why - the staff said absolutely nothing and just opened the barrier.
It felt like a scam on those who will just blindly pay.
Apart from that, I had no issues and would recommend. If the staff memeber had bothered to explain what had happened then I'd also have no problem with a mistaken charge.”
“My car was safe and cost was reasonable except I put in the wrong date for return flight, holiday ended on 02/07 and was due home at 1:00am on 03/07 and I selected 02/07 1:00am and that cost an extra £45, I only paid £63 for the week… I feel the extra cost was a bit much for an extra day”
“Went to drive out of parking lot. Hit with a £45 extra bill at gate when questioned was told my booking was nearly 24 hrs late. And it was till 1.30am on the 02/07/2026. Not even a text , email , phone when on holiday so I could extend my booking so had to pay so I could get out after a flight delay. Not happy about this.”
“I have used this parking so many times because it is so handy but the last time... I lost my car, ooohhh and it started raining there was no obvious markers, as we had dropped off in the dark 🤦🏼♀️ after walking up and down for ages, eventually found it. 😁”
“Well sign posted. My only suggestion would be to put some walkways between the rows of cars, I understand this would take out a few car parking spaces, however with only two bus stops for the entire car park I feel this would benefit customers getting too and from these two bus stops.”
“Good location, easy to use, barriers just open and easy to book online and I was fairly happy with the price. Shuttle bus was perfectly timed to leave which was great as I was pushing it for time to catch my flight. I will use again.”
