“On the outwards journey the services was perfect. When we returned to the car park all was fine until we went to leave the car park when we inserted the parking ticket to lift the barrier the screen showed tht £180 was owed. We had pre booked the parking so pressed the help button and after the operator checked our details we were advised that this was an error and they waived the charges. This should not happen with pre bookings -lucky we managed to get an operator as it was around 1am.”

“i have now used plane parking 3 times with good service the last time was 11/10/2025 at 1600 hours we stood at the bus stop along with about 20 passengers for at least 25mins in the cold clearly only using the one bus appart from that no problems”
“All good except on arriving at exit gate was told by machine I had to pay £185 ! .I had paid for a weeks parking in advance.
On pressing the intercom and giving my number plate the barrier was lifted but no explanation of why that happened ?

“Great service! Booking was super easy and the price was really good. The bus drivers were very helpful, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. This was my second time leaving my car at Plane Parking and I’ll definitely be using them again!”

“I'm extremely disappointed. When I pulled into the car park, the barrier wouldn't open, so I had to print out a ticket to park and catch my flight. When I returned to the car park, I discovered I had to pay £100 upon exiting. There's no contact information available through the app to make a complaint. The booking confirmation also lacks a phone number or email address. The customer is left helpless and forced to incur additional costs. I paid for the reservation, but I still had to pay an additional £100 because I wouldn't have been able to leave the car park. I'm disappointed and devastated. I don't recommend this airport car park. I'll never book it again. I'll use a different one next time and advise others to do the same.”
“Parking itself was okay however my wife is disabled and meant l had booked long stay which is too far away from the airport resulting in a two pound charge for a trolley and a further £6 to drop my wife off close to terminal this was repeated on exit so a additional £16 to go no where not great this seems to penalise disabled visitors”
