“Simple to book online. All instructions are provided and easy to understand. Parking and leaving is seamless with the reg recognition. Shuttle is every 10 mins. Even if flight is delayed they give you a 2 hour grace. Could do with 2 more pickup stations as the park is huge and it can be a long walk to and from.”
“Easy booking and painless parking on entry, however on return the ticket reader said i owed £244 and refused to open , intercom didn't work on 1st barrier and shuttle bus was stopped behind me so I had to get out and actually knock on the driver window to ask him to reverse so I could get out of the way. 2nd barrier intercom worked and after giving a few details managed to exit. Not what I needed after delays at 5am .”
“Very disappointed, tried to message you but it failed, I was delayed by 13 hours due to a cyber attack/ fuel fumes in the plane cabin, depending who you believe. So after a 13 hour delay, arriving at midnight at Edinburgh Airport only to then be charged £45 to get my car out. I can’t believe you charged me £45 for a delay , not my fault.
I will be sure to pad this information on to others who intend to use this service.

“We found it difficult to find a parking space at the car park. There are only 2 bus stops within the car park. As a result you could have a bit of a walk from your car to the nearest bus pick up point . On a rainy day this would not be ideal especially if carrying luggage. The drop of point at the airport is a bit of a walk and would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems. On the plus side the cost is very reasonable.”
