“Always use Plane Parking for our holidays it’s a no hassle service, the buses are always a couple of minutes away so you’re not waiting long at either end for pick up. Also if you have to change something their customer service is brilliant also as I had to change my booking times, they were excellent no quibbles. So for me they are the only parking I would use at Edinburgh Airport.”
“I paid online before my trip. On getting to the plane parking entrance, I had to print out a ticket to gain access into the parking.
On my return, while diving out, the barrier was already open. But out of courtesy and curiosity, I decided to insert the ticket into the machine at the exit, and it says 'my outstanding balance is £205'. I didn't understand that.”
“Easy to book, number plate recognition in & out, competitive rate, allows for a grace period for a delayed return flight - which happens regularly. Excellent regular electric shuttle bus service directly to & from main terminal.”
“I pre-booked and paid prior to arrival, however I can only assume that the numberplate scanner didn't register as I was then asked to pay (a LOT more than my pre-booking) on exit. Thankfully relatively quickly resolved at the exit over the intercom but an extra element of stress. The location and bus services were great, but I'm a little anxious about my next booking now.”
“The Plane Parking facility at Edinburgh Airport is convenient and good value.
A few more signs would help me find my car when I come back after a week away, but that's a minor point.”
“I had no issues with the location or the time it takes to travel to and from the Airport .It was no longer than a 5 minute wait for the bus . The one issue I did have was that the car park next to my drivers side was to close and I struggled to get into the car as the space was tight. To my dismay the back door on the same side now has been damaged with a dunk in the door from the car which was parked next to me. Very unhappy with the damage done as the car is only 2 years old and the bodywork was immaculate.”
“Has to be the easiest I’ve ever had to park car, will be booking again. Buses regular, wait was minimum both ways, maybe 5 minutes, no issues getting into car park and more importantly getting out, barrier lifted as I came forward and I had my ticket ready”
