“Prebooked the parking for 5 days then on leaving within my allocated time the ticket machine requested a payment of £150. Had to resolve the issue with the service rep via the help button. On talking with other people that have used the service apparently, this is common. Not sure if it's done in the hope you will pay without questioning the charge.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“As soon as we parked there was a bus straight away and had us at the terminal within 5 minutes. It was the same on the way home. Flight arrived at 1am and was a bus waiting outside. Great service and drivers were lovely”

ANPR never worked and barrier would not allow me in, this resulted in me pressing for daily ticket although after some discussions over the Intercom the additional £150 charge was waved and I was given permission to exit Car Park.”

“Easy to find on the airport. Very easy entry and exit and nice wider parking spaces. The bus driver even waited for us at the airport when he should have departed without us. Great experience at a great price.”
“I have parked at Plane Parking twice before, and when I was leaving the parking at the barrier it said I was to pay £170. I had payed the fee in advance. I spoke to customer service and this was rectified.
On this trip the the transfer bus was better and no problem at exit barrier.

“Easy to find although you are a bit away from terminal but transfers are perfect drivers couldn't be more helpful. They monitor your flight so no calling from baggage hall to arrange pick up. Great service and using again in June! 👍”
