“Brilliant. Soon as I parked there was a bus already waiting. The driver even drove right upto me so I didn't have to walk as much with my case. Then when I landed back in Edinburgh there was a bus waiting again. Very close to airport as well. Will be using again when I go. Very handy as am from Glasgow”
“1 star for the parking area rather than the site. I chose the long stay near the airport. I've used it before and it's pretty bad - potholes, huge speed bumps, poor signage, no trolleys. You're a fair way from the airport and there is no bus. On the plus side, there are normally plenty of spaces if you go far enough away from the route through to the airport. Having not used it for a few months, I thought it could have got better. Hmm, no, the usual problems together with cars abandoned everywhere. I'm not surprised - I went as far away from the airport as you could go and there were still only a few odd spaces. I believe it is owned by the airport which rather says it all - profits over service.”

If ever faced with the same problem in future, please ring the intercom at the exit barrier and our team will provide a suitable alternative.Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them.
The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations.

“First time using Plane Parking and had no problems at all. Followed the easy instructions to the car park and collected my ticket at the barrier. Located a parking space and only had a three minute wait for the bus.
On my return in the early hours of the morning the bus pulled up at the bus stop as I arrived and so was soon back at my car. Presented the ticket at the barrier and that was me done and dusted and on my way home.
This is as good a car park as any at the airport and if one were keen it would only take about ten minutes to walk to the terminal.”
