“Used Plane Parking previously, great price and easy parking. Buses are regular and take you to and from terminal within minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to book a space again. 😊”
“Well signposted and frequency of bus to & from terminal, even with a 2am arrival back into Edinburgh following a delay. Consider additional stop points and shelter in the car park especially needed in bad weather as it seems to be only 2 stops.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.
